Chapter 6-OMG! It's Rudolph
Rosemary's P.O.V.
Ugh! What happened to the blanket I was under? It's so cold, and why is my face all wet? I then sniffed the air, peppermint? Really strange.
"Rose, are you ok?" I heard Heather ask me. I yawned and opened my eyes.
"Not a dream?" I asked Heather while looking at our surroundings.
"Nope," Heather answered. We were both covered in freezing snow and it was snowing. We were in a forest cause there were trees covered in snow surrounding us. I have no idea where the peppermint smell was coming from though.
"It's a good thing we slept in our jackets," I informed Heather with a little giggle. I just wanted to lighten the tension between us, and all this crazy stuff going on.
We both got up from the snow and somehow we both had our boots on. I don't remember anything about either one of us putting our boots on before we got shrunk.
We both gave each other confused looks while looking around us. There doesn't seem to be anyone else here but me and Heather.
"Hello! Is anyone out there?" I yelled before Heather covered my mouth with her freezing cold hand. She looked at me like I was crazy.
"What the hell are you doing? Are you trying to get us killed?" Heather whisper/yelled to me. Only she would freak out, I mean, no one else is really here so no one else could hurt us.
"There's no one else here, so no one will hear me or hurt either one of-" I cut myself off when there was a noise being made a few trees away from us.
Heather hugged me while I froze in my spot. Ok, so maybe I was wrong about the whole 'we're alone' thing. Can't I be right for once?
But it wasn't the abominable snowman that came out from the trees. No, it was the Nutcracker that I was given, only now I could see it's green eyes.
"Heather, you were right, this is the same thing as the nutcracker," I informed Heather. She let go of me and opened her eyes. Her eyes widened and then her mouth dropped while I just started laughing.
I looked at the nutcracker to see him in shock to, like he was frozen in his own place. I couldn't stop from laughing harder, and yes I find this situation very funny.
"I thought the nutcracker was suppose to meet the girl in her living room?" Heather asked the Nutcracker. We both walked closer to him, not really afraid of him anymore considering this is just like the story the Nutcracker, only there's two of us, me and my sister.
"Well sorry, but I wasn't informed that there was suppose to even be two of you. Now which one of you got me as a present?" The Nutcracker asked the both of us. An evil smile appeared on both of our faces.
"Since you were late, you weren't there to see which one of us woke up first. So I would say try and figure it out," I told the Nutcracker. He just groaned and shook his head.
"Stupid witch, this never happened to any of my anscetors, oh no, but it has to happen to me," The Nutcracker grumbled to himself. Heather didn't say anything, but a smile appeared on her face while I just started laughing.
"So, what is your name, or should we call you Nutcracker?" Heather asked the Nutcracker. I was curious to know who this Nutcracker was.
"I'll let you girls figure that out for yourself. But I already know that you're the head cheerleader, Heather," Nutcracker said while pointing towards Heather. Then he pointed towards me, "But I have seen you around, just can't remember where or what your name is."
"Lovely, well once you know my name, it's only fair we know yours," I proposed. I wonder who's the man behind the wood?
"Not until one of you lady's tell me who got me as a present, and if you know the story of the nutcracker, then you'll know why I need that information," Nutcracker informed us.
"What ever do you mean?" Heather asked Nutcracker, playing stupid while flirting with boys like usual. I shook my head, only my sister would do this.
Nutcracker narrowed his eyes on Heather. If he goes to our school then I'm guessing he knows the reputation my sister has. I rolled my eyes and started walking where Nutcracker came from.
"And where do you think you're going?" Nutcracker asked me. I stopped walking and turned around to my sister and Nutcracker.
"Some place warm, it's a little cold out here," I answered. Heather than started shivering with me once some snow fell off a tree and onto her.
"Come on, there's an inn not to far away from here," Nutcracker informed us. I rolled my eyes but followed Nutcracker to the inn, I was in desperate need for warmth.
"So... how many friends do you have in our school?" Heather asked Nutcracker. He just sighed and continued walking. Well, isn't he quite the charmer.
"None," He shrugged. Than something popped in my head, Caitlyn never really had any friends, they were all either to scared of her or were just using her. She did tell me this, and it was all because of her brother.
Her brother, then I remembered something. Her brother, Blake, was the one that knocked me out for three days. Now I remember how that happened, Blake was looking for his sister and on the way back he ran into me and I hit my head on ice.
I felt the back of my head, there was no bump left which was a good thing. But Blake was the one who knocked me out, then I remembered another thing, how loud he snores. Caitlyn and I had to drown out his snoring with our music in our ear buds, or at least I had to. I couldn't hear any of my music with his snores.
A smile appeared on my face and I didn't even know that we had stopped until I walked into a tree. I fell on my back on the soft snow and it felt quite comfy. I looked up and realized that I didn't walk into a tree, I walked into Nutcracker, how lovely?
"Are you alright..." I see what he was doing, he wanted to try and get my name. Well not until you tell me your name, bucko.
"Clara," I said with a smile. His eyes were filled with shock and I could tell Heather was trying not to laugh.
"Really?" He asked me with a smile, that I have to say was breathtaking. He held his hand out for me to take, which I did.
Once I was on my feet I said, "No." Nutcracker frowned before pulling on my hand, which was still in his wooden hand, and made me fall face first into the snow.
I lifted my head up and glared at him. I pushed myself up and found out that Nutcracker was already walking towards the inn that was in front of us.
"What happened to the sweet and caring Nutcracker that was in the movie?" I asked Heather as we followed Nutcracker into the, hopefully, warm inn.
"I heard that!" Nutcracker yelled from the front door of the inn. Heather and I started laughing and tried to stop while we walked inside the inn.
I immediately stopped laughing once we opened the door and so did Heather. There were little fairy's, talking wolves, ghost, and tons of more creatures. OMG! A smile appeared on my face when I laid eyes on Rudolph!
OMG! He was actually real! Heather saw who I was looking at and looked at Rudolph with disbelief in her eyes. Everyone in the inn froze and looked at us with confusion, but they all bowed to Nutcracker. Looks like he's a prince. OMG! This is all to real.
