Third Person's POV
Today was a normal day in the Kim's household. Taehyung had an interview on his schedule. Taehyung's dad was going to the Kim Co-operations to meet Namjoon and tell him about the divorce. He needed to apologize to him and Jin as well.
On the other hand, Soo and Jungkook were alone at home. They were baking some cupcakes as the little one wanted to make something for his Grand-Dada. Soo was following his mumma's order and tried his best to not mess up the kitchen because he knows if he did his mumma will have to clean it all and he doesn't wanna tire his mumma.
"Mumma can Soo break the eggs?" He said looking at Jungkook cutely.
"Okay then break only 2 of them" The little one gave a cute nod.
He carefully broke the egg shell and let it pour in the bowl which had flour, sugar and melted butter in it. Jungkook smiled fondly looking at his little baby. His little baby has grown so much. This little fluff ball of his is 3 now, how fast time has passed. Thinking of that, he suddenly remembered that the little one's birthday is coming soon.
He made a mental note to talk about this with his hubby. So that they can decide what are they gonna do for the little one's birthday and how are they gonna celebrate.
"Mumma all done" Soo exclaimed.
"Now let's mix it"
They continued preparing the batter and putting it in the oven to let it bake while they prepared somethings for decorating those cupcakes. Jungkook smoothly cut some fine pieces of Strawberries while Soo was munching on a handful of chocolate chips which Jungkook forgot to put aside, far from the reach of the little one.
"Soo put those away, you'll get a stomach ache if you eat that much of chocolates" Jungkook sighed and took the jar of chocolate chips and put it on the top shelf where Soo won't be able to reach.
The afternoon ended like that and the sun was about to set when the duo heard the door opening and closing as they were watching some cartoons. Jungkook got up when he heard the usual,
"I am home"
He walked to the elder with a smile which faded when he saw how pissed Taehyung looked. Did something happen? Why is hubby looking so pissed? The thoughts striked the younger's mind nevertheless he composed himself and went to Taehyung.
Taehyung saw Jungkook standing in front of him, he immediately pulled the latter close wanting his baby's body heat. He hid his face in the crook of the younger's neck taking in the comforting yet addicting smell. The younger always smelled like a mixture of vanilla and lavender.
On the other hand, according to Jungkook Taehyung always has this musky yet patchouli smell which is really intoxicating and intimidating for the younger. Taehyung was snuggling and taking in his baby's smell and let out a long sigh, letting the younger know that something just wasn't right.
