Shelby's POV

I wake up to the smell of perfume and sex, my eyes widen as I remember what happened last night, I slept with Tiana, I hear my shower stop and I look over to see Tiana walking out the shower with a towel on and her hair wet, damn she looks good, I get up and put my boxer and bra along with some shorts, she smile and walks over to me kisses me, I kiss back but pull away soon after and say " we can't do this, your dating Hakeem" she walks over to me and says " baby I know and guess what, I don't care so why do you" I sigh and put my hands on her waist, " I care because even though he's a little bitch he is my half brother" she sighs and moves to get dressed, " well your dating me now as well, Hakeem can be just for publicity because he ain't all that in when it comes to... you know" she's says pointing to my.... area, I blush and say " ok well are you going to tell him that" she shrugs and sprays perfume and walks over to me, " all I know is that your mine and you better not have no other bitches on the side" I smile and say " alright but you better not have any other guys either, I don't play that" she pecks my lips and walks toward the door while I follow her, I walk her out the door and kiss her goodbye and head to my room to shower excitedly, I got the girl bitch

Time skip

I walk into empire and go to my fathers office, I say hey to Becky and open the door, I look in to see a frustrated Anika, an amused Luscious and an angry Hakeem all talking very loudly while Tiana sits on the couch looking embarrassed and annoyed, I walk in and they all look at me, Hakeem instantly gets up and punches me in the face causing me to fall, he start wailing on me but I soon take over and punch him a good few times, Luscious pulls him back while Anika and Tiana hold me back, the audacity of this bitch ass little boy " the fuck wrong with silver spoon" he goes to come at me again but my father pulls him back as he says "you slept with my girl bitch" the color drains from my face as I look over at Tiana, she puts her head down as I say " you told him" she goes to respond but Luscious says " she didn't tell him, but TMZ did" as he puts Hakeem down on the couch and hands me an iPad and I read the headline

"TMZ caught pictures of Hakeem Lyons new squeeze Tiana leaving Luscious Lyons mansion and licking lips with his new found daughter and Empires rising star Shelby"

I sigh angrily and had the Ipad back to my father and Anika and Tiana go to sit down, I stand there on shock and irritated, why did this all have to happen when I'm about to drop a new album and I haven't even performed yet, I sit across form my father and Hakeem and await my punishment, " Shelby now you know this is bad for business so you have one of two choices" my father says, I nod and he continues " you can cut this thing off with Tiana or you can share her with Hakeem" I look at my father shocked as Hakeem start having a meltdown again, " Dad you can be serious, I'm not sharing my girl with some dyke you picked up off the street" I stand up and go over to him and say " this dyke in your half sister bitch, the quicker you understand I'm here to stay the better" he stands up and tries to be tough now, " Id you so big and bad make me understand" we mean mug each other for a bit till Luscious pushes us away and yells " enough you two, I'm done with y'all fighting and beefing, Hakeem she is your sister, grow up and Shelby, you know you crossed this line so both of you sit down" he's soon cut off by a coughing fit, I go to pat his back and make him sit, he stops and tells me he's fine and I go sit down, Anika gets upset mf goes over to him and says "Its settled, Hakeem, your going to date Tiana publicly while Shelby dated her privately" Tiana goes to protest but Anika looks at her and says " it's settled" I look at Tiana and see she is obviously upset and she soon storms out, I get up to go after her but Luscious soon says " no Shelby stay, we are gotta discuss something" I nod and sit back down as Hakeem gets up and leaves. My father gets up and sits beside me and says " I have a plan for you, since no one has heard your music, I want to release a single thats you've recorded to perfection, give the fans a taste so they aren't blind to your talent" I think it over a bit and it makes sense, I looks back over to my father say " yea that's a great idea but I have a few ideas" my father looks at Anika intrigued and leans back on the couch, I turn towards him and say" ok well I was thinking I do a collab with an artist that you may know" he waits for me to continue but he seems skeptical, I take a deep breath and say " I wanna do a collab and performance with Jamal" my fathers contorts into confusion, " now why do you want to do a song with Jamal" he says curiously, l sigh and reply with " because he's an underground artist and well our voices will go great together, plus I have an idea of what it could be and all you have to do is say yes and get him to the studio" my father thinks it over and says " maybe but what I need you to do is send a statement to the press about the whole Tiana situation" I nod and start writing my statement.
