Character: Free de Le Hoya
Weaponry: A knife, A whip
Appearance: black suit with white inside, dark yellow sparkling bow tie, black party shoes, occasionally wears white gloves. (Still has his arm sleeve thing)
Abilities: With heightened speed and agility, free becomes a very formidable enemy, he is skilled with a knife, being able to perfectly stab any moving object. He is also able to use a whip, he can whip it up to 50km an hour. Not just I-got-hit-and-now-I'm-a-little-red, no it's I-got-hit-and-I'll-either-lose-a-limb-or-bleed-to-death!
Status: unknown criminal, meaning the police don't know he's part of it.
Character: Lui Shirosagi
Weaponry: A handgun
Appearance: looks like free, except he has slightly ripped pants, and a small black hoop earring in one ear, blue sparking bow tie.
Abilities: Lui is the leader of this organization, he won first prize in a shooting contest, with a handgun that is. He can shoot up to 10 bullets at a time, including hitting anything and everything within reach. He has no sympathy for others, and is a cold-blooded killer.
Status: Wanted criminal, Yet the rest of Rideout don't know.
Character: Silas Karlisle
Weaponry: throwing daggers
Appearance: Same as free, but has a small black satchel on his right side, where he holds his daggers, And a dark green sparking bow-tie.
Abilities: Silas' skills lie with his ability to throw. Incredibly fast and far. The faster he can throw, the faster he can pick the blood-soaked daggers back up! He also has a tendency to.....bite there prisoners.. like really hard. Free, as there both from BC sol, carries a muzzle-like contraption with him at all times.
Status: Slowly growing up the ranks, not much of a threat yet...Yet.
Character: Shu Kurenai
Weaponry: butchers knife
Appearance: Same as free as well, White sparking bow tie.
Abilities: Shu is relativity new their organization, only joining after Lui told him about it, he is slowly getting better at using a knife, and can't wait till he gets a better weapon.
Status: Unknown criminal, has only been on one mission so far.
