,,And that's Hogsmeade!", Carrie exclaimed excited, while pointing at the village. She had always loved Hogsmeade. It was so peaceful. She spent hours in bookstores, drinking butterbeer in the three broomsticks with her friend, or buying sweets at Honeydukes. Children running around, laughing people walking through the streets and students talking about others. Everything was so fun and calm. She loved the atmosphere in front of her. Leaves falling of the trees, the houses shining in the light and the feeling of every thought being audible, waving away with the wind.
,,So, where to go first?" William asked. He was really surprised by the village so far. Carrie had told him a lot about it, not being able to stop herself. All summer she talked about Hogwarts, excited about her best friend transferring. And lets just say, she didn't promise too much. It really was beautiful. It seemed so cool and thoughtful. Ilvermorny didn't have a wizards village, but Hogsmeade seemed amazing. He loved it already.
After suggesting honeydunkes, the two walked straight to the big, colorful store. Their fingers interwinds, they walked right through the door, revealing an even more colorful and bright shop. Carrie started showing Will around, explaining her favorite candies and the reasons. For one we had blue sugar quills, chocolate frogs and cinnamon-caramels. Will spent thirty minutes, trying to choose between all the options, until Carrie came up to him and said: ,,Will, thinking your not interested in coming along, I would quickly go into the bookstore next door. When you're done, you can wait outside for me, or come inside too, okay?"
,,Sure. Take care of yourself, I'll be right there."

Peter, James, Sirius and Remus always were very excited about the village, as well. Eventhough it wasn't as special for them, as it was for Carrie, considering they came here quite often, taking one of the secret passages in Hogwarts. They found many secret ways and passages, as they created the marauders map two years ago. Since then, they've been able to plan and perform their pranks and full moons a lot easier and safer.
The first place to go, while being in Hogsmeade, was Zokos, of course. It gave away some great inspiration and products for new pranks and jokes. This was where they found their passion. That's what James and Sirius said. As dramatic as ever.
,,Come on guys, I want to go to the three broomsticks after.", Remus said, knowing that his friends were gonna spend way too long in that store.
As Sirius looked around, scanning the village and their visitors, he spotted Carrie. She was just entering the Storybooks. Of course she's gonna buy new books, Sirius thought. As we all know, Sirius wasn't very fond of reading or books in general. He never saw the point in spending his time studying or doing work. And he understood the interest in reading stories, voluntary and because of passion, even less.
