Emily's Pov:

Aaron is mostly recovered now and is even back at work although he has to stay off of the field for another two weeks. I have fully moved in with him now especially since he needed someone to be there to take care of him.

We step into the office after a case that had lasted about a week, it was a rough one to crack but in the end we caught the guy, he had captured and held kids for about three weeks or until they had no more use to him. It was disgusting. We had rescued the last two victims: Julia Adams and Maxwell Orwell, both 9 years old.

As we get into the office, Garcia was waiting for us obviously and she greeted us with the best smile and giggles. After we got all settled in everyone started heading home and I decided to go into Aaron's office to check on him. He didn't come say Hi to everyone.

As I walk into his empty office I frown. Where is he? I pull out my phone and text him.

Me: Hey love, where are you?
Aaron: Already in the car waiting for you.
Me: Oh alright be down in a moment.

I put my stuff up and grabbed my bag. I headed down to the car and he was in the backseat, I open the front door and put my stuff in the seat before getting in the back with Aaron. After a while we go home its not that late, around 9pm and Jessica arrives right after us to drop off jack. He runs up and jumps into my arms, i swing him around and give him a big hug. We thank Jessica and she leaves, we take jack up to brush his teeth and he changes into his pajamas before we come back into his room to say goodnight.
After our goodnights we go and put our stuff away. "Come shower with me, please?" Aaron asks me and i smile. "Id love to sexy." We both get our stuff and hop in the hot shower, it feels so very good after a long day. We wash up and get ready for bed, as we lay down he looks over at me and smiles. "What dork?" I ask but cant help but smile at him. "Nothing, i'm just so happy to have you in our lives. I love you Em." I kiss him softly and passionately and he holds me tight. "I love you too so very much Aaron."

Both of our phones start to go off. "Well damn." I say and we both laugh. It was the teams group chat, Rossi was inviting us all over to a dinner at his place, tomorrow night, something none of us could resist. We text back a short reply saying well be there and so does everyone else. We say our goodnights and fall sleep holding onto each other, something we both very much needed.
