Peter's Pov

There I stood, on the battlefield. I saw what Mr Stark just did. I saw his body fall to the ground just moments after he snapped. I struggled to limp over to his almost lifeless body. I grasped his hand as a single tear fell down my cheek. All I could hear was his heartbeat getting weaker and weaker until...

I darted up from my bed breathing heavily. I put my hand up to my cheek and felt that my face was drenched in sweat. My head dropped into my hands as my breathing gradually returned to normal.

I got up and snuck to the bathroom as quietly as I could to not wake up May. I ran the tap and washed my face, before looking up at myself in the mirror and letting out a heavy sigh. I made my way back to my room and changed my sheets before falling into the bottom bunk of my bed and grabbing my glasses.

"Edith," I said quietly.

"Yes Peter, how may I assist you," She replied.

"What time is it," I asked half asleep

"It is 2:33 am," she responded

"This is not a good start to my weekend," I thought.

"Play white noise please," I said with a croaky voice, pulling my blanket over my head and falling into a deep sleep.
..........................................

My sleep was interrupted by a faint voice. I couldn't make out what the person was saying, but I was further interrupted by something hitting my arm. After a few seconds, my senses cleared up and I realised that the person talking was May and she was trying to wake me up.

"I'm up, I'm up, " I said weakly as I lifted my head off of my pillow.

"Peter wake up, Pepper Potts called." She said,

Her words instantly caught my attention and I sprung up from my bed.

"What happened, what did she say,"

"To get to the compound quickly, it's important,"

As soon as she said Compound, I flew out of my bed. I hadn't been to the compound in a while as there wasn't really anything for me to do there. The world was at peace most of the time, and if something did come up, Captain America usually dealt with it. I rushed to the bathroom, showered, brushed my teeth, put my suit on, packed my bag with my clothes and grabbed an apple. "Bye May, Love you," I shouted as I crawled out of my bedroom window and made my way to the compound.

It felt so relaxing just swinging or gliding in the air. Even though I still did my Spiderman-ing after school, something was off. Ever since Mysterio, I felt as if the bad guys were only gonna get stronger, and New York might need more than just Spiderman. In turn, the news has noticed a decrease in my quippy-ness.
After a while of subconscious swinging, my thought process was cut off by Karen telling me I was getting close to the compound. I stopped at a building about a few miles away from the compound and thought to myself for a second. It had been a few months since I was last here. Nick Fury did leave me alone after Sam became Captain America, and the Avengers became more stable. I sucked up my concerns and continued my way to the compound.

It was a bit difficult to swing to the compound, as there weren't that many buildings around, but I managed and landed on the helipad. Something was off though. It sounded like there was a plane above me but when I looked up there was nothing there. I brushed it off and made my way to the bathroom and changed into my normal clothes.

Once I was changed, I made my way to the penthouse door and knocked where I was greeted by none other than Wanda.

After the last avengers battle, Wanda and I started talking. Wanda and I kinda became friends by accident, as I saw how upset she was after visions death. Vision was almost like a brother to her. I just wanted to help her out. At first, she wanted nothing to do with me, but then the rest of the avengers thought it would be a good idea to enrol her at my school, so we were basically forced to hang out and we eventually became friends.
