When Shuri and T'challa had arrived at the Avengers campus after quite a long flight, he had insisted that they go into the penthouse separately. She wasn't sure why but decided that he had no reason to object. So, once she saw T'challa enter from a few feet away after hearing a voice, she jogged towards the door, dragging her suitcase as she saw it closing. Before she could know however, the door swung open and she saw a brunette caucasian boy about her age staring at her in awe. He looked her up and down, blinking a few times before rubbing his eyes.

"Are you gonna keep staring, or are you gonna let me in?" She asked politely, snapping him out of his trance.

"Ohh yeah ummm I'm sorry, it's just it's not every day you see royalty," He said moving out of the way and letting her in. Shuri's brows furrowed in confusion as she pointed to her brother talking to Captain America on the penthouse's balcony.

"Uhh, that's different, he's here all the time," The boy said.

"Good point,"

"I'm Peter Parker by the way," Peter said, holding out his hand.

"Shuri but I guess you already knew that. It's nice to meet you," Shuri replied, shaking his hands.

"Hey Wanda," Shuri said, waving her hand.

Peter turned his body around, seeing Wanda standing behind him, using her hand to cover her mouth and stop her from laughing.

"Don't say anything," Peter said, already knowing what was on her mind.

"You are so awkward," Wanda said.

"Haha, very funny. Wait, you know the Princess of Wakanda? And you didn't tell me?"

"We met in Wakanda when I was fixing-" Shuri stopped herself after remembering what happened six years ago.

"You know what, it doesn't matter," She said.

"I heard Pepper saying you're gonna stay here a while," Wanda said, changing the subject.

"Wait actually?"

"Yeah, my brother thinks I need a change of environment,"

"If you need anything just tell us," Peter said.

"She'd going to school with us awell," Wanda added

"You're like one of the greatest minds in the world. Why bother with highschool," Peter pondered.

"Like I said, change of environment, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna stop inventing things which is why I brought my fabricator," Shuri said, tapping her suitcase

"Awesome, we can put it in the lab," Pete said before the three teenagers left the penthouse. Shuri chatted with them a bit, getting to know them better until they almost reached their destination,

"Wanna see something cool?" Peter asked as they stood before a dark frosted glass window on a wall.

"Sure," Shuri replied. Peter knocked his knuckle against the glass, turning on a light revealing a room on the other side. In the room were file transparent capsules on the opposite wall, each displaying the suits of the late Ironman, Black Widow, Captain America, Pietro Maximoff and Vision. On the left and right walls of the room were short biographies of the heroes, displaying their achievements.
"This is something me and Wanda put together to honor fallen heroes. We call it the legacy room,"

One of the armed people stepped forwards, holding a clenched fist in the air and signaling the others to stand down. Their armor was a different color compared to the others so Subject 2 could only assume they were the leader. The soldier looked him up and down from a distance, slowly lowering their weapon as their head tilted in confusion. That's when Subject 2 finally realised that his sprint in the trees had torn parts of his uniform and the Hydra logo on his left pec was unrecognizable.

"What are you doing here?" The soldier asked sternly, their voice sounding feminine and serious.

Subject 3 just stood there like an idiot. He and Subject 2 had never thought this far in the plan.

"Captain, we found something, there's someone here and his clothes look torn," The soldier said into a walkie talkie. After a few more seconds, she grabbed something from behind her as she walked towards the boy in front of her.

"Kid, you're in an area under investigation. I was given orders to bring in anyone suspicious for questioning," She explained as she restrained his wrist.

"We gotta head back, Captain's orders," The soldier signaled to her troops as she escorted Subject 3 to a transport van. He silently cooperated, stepping into the back of the van and resting his head on the wall behind him as the back doors shut. A few seconds later, the driver and passenger doors opened and the engines roared.

Subject 3 sat in silence, his lips curling into a large smile of joy as they started moving. The peace of the outside world soothed him and he swiftly drifted asleep.
