Kageyama POV:

It's the next morning, Shoyos still sleeping and i'm just watching him. many people probably think that's weird but i'm worried about him. his eyes are still red from last night, it took almost an hour to get him to lay back down.

I know he gets nightmares here and there, but the worse part is that they're about my death. Seriously, what is going on?

"tobio?" i hear hinata say. I look at him and give him a half smile. "good morning" i say moving his hair out of his face and kissing his forehead. He sits up and smiles at me. "my eyes burn" he whines. "i bet" i tease him.

he punches me in the arm very softly and let's out a small laugh. "kageyama can we go somewhere today just the two of us?" I look down at him and smirk, "yeah we can do that. i'll call my mom and tell her we're dropping of natsu. sound good?" he smiles and nods at me.

"so where are we going?" i question hinata as we get ready for the day. he thinks about it for a second and then walks up to me and grabs my waist, which i find both cute and weird, "we can go to the movies and then get ice cream?" he says giving me the brightest smile, the thing that made me fall in love. I ruffle his hair and agree.

We both finish getting ready and make breakfast for the three of us. Mornings for us are either super relaxed or super chaotic, today it was more of the chaotic side because me and shoyo can't cook for shit so natsu, the child, had to help us, two grown ass men, make waffles.

We talked about volleyball the whole time while natsu was pretty much distracted on her nintendo switch to even care about what we're saying.

"Natsu, by the way, we're going to drop you off at my parents house. is that okay?" she doesn't even look up at me from her game but she fist pumped and let out a small "yess!" to the point where i could barely hear it.

i looked at shoyo in confusion and he just shrugged his shoulders, "i guess she likes it over there." he whispered in my ear.

"do you like kageyama's parents natsu" shoyo asked her.

she puts her game down and looks at the both of us, "yeah we get to play princesses and mermaids over there.". I look at shoyo completely wide eyed and try my best not to laugh.

"definitely my mom"
"your mom"  me and shoyo say in unison.

The day passed pretty slowly but it was finally time to go out.

We arrive to my parents house and Natsus the first one out of the car. Me and shoyo follow and as we're headed to the door, it flys open and i see my mother in the opening and my father a few feet behind her.

As if it was practiced, natsu and my mom curtsy to each other and walk slowly walk towards each other, and then my mom squatted down to meet natsus eye and gave her the biggest hug.

"NATSUUU!!!!!!"
"MRS. KAGEYAMMAAAAAA!!!"
they both screamed which caught me and shoyo off gaurd causing us to flinch.

they let go of each other as my mom stepped away from the doorway revealing my dad with a stern look on his face. Natsu marched up to him and they did a 10 second long hand shake and finished off with a military salute.

finally, they turn theyre attention back to me and sho.

"so uhh- what are you guys still doing here?" my mom asks. before i could even answer my mom had already turned her attention back to natsu as she pinched her cheeks, played with her hair, and was mesmerized by her orange eye lashes, seemingly at once.
