My Best Friend

Kageyama's POV:

A few days past by after the accident at the gym, but it's not awkward, Hinata and I are best friends after all, it shouldn't be weird for us.

Today is the last day until the weekend so I'll probably stay after practice with Hinata so we can practice more after everyone's gone.

*Time Skip, After Practice"

I look over at Hinata to give him the "let's stay here and practice more look" he responded with a nod and as without noticing it was already dark outside. They sky was gorgeous, it was almost completely black with hints of light blue and stars scattered across it.

"Hey Kageyama!" I hear

"Yeah?"

"Can I stay the weekend at your house?" "My parents aren't going to be home and Natsu is at my Grandma's house."

"Yeah sure, but just so you know my parents are on a business trip, so it's just gonna be us two."

"That's fine" "as long as I'm not alone" he said beaming at me his smile, brighter then all the stars in the sky.

Hinata's POV:

Im walking with Kageyama but I'm scared. We stayed so late that it's hard to see where we're going. I'm sure Kageyama can see me shivering. I can't believe I'm still scared of the dark.

"Oi dumbass" I hear him say to me.

"What do you want Bakayama!"

"Are you cold, your shaking." He looks at me with a poker face.

"No! I'm not cold, it's not even cold out!" Aghh why does it feel like this to talk to Kageyama, it feels comforting.

"Well then are you scared of the dark?" He asks with a little bit of pity in his voice.

"What... no... who's scared of the dark these days, not me I'm not a kid!!" I say even though I'm absolutely terrified.

Kageyama's POV:

He's obviously scarred of the dark, hmmf.

"Do you want to hold my hand?" I ask him trying to comfort him.

"Yes please" he responds.

I put my hand out only for it not to be held at all. Instead I feel someone hug me. As I look down I see Hinata with his face at my side and his eyes shut super tight with his arms around my stomach.

"Cute.." I say

"Mhmm" he responds.

I can see him blushing and he's blushing pretty hard, but you can't blame him, I'm blushing too.
This is definitely what liking someone feels like...

Ewww I actually suck at writing things but anyways this chapter is just supposed to be cute and comforting. I'm not sure if I'll write smut considering this is my first time writing.
