ALEXS POV:
I woke up to something pushing my arm deep into the mattress, my eyes fluttered open and landed on the figure in front of me. Camille.

She was sprawled out over her side, one arm above her head, one across her stomach, her hair in a mess but not a bad looking mess, her left leg hanging off the edge of the bed, her right leg wrapped over my legs.

My arm was around her waist and she was lying on top of it, I carefully pulled it out from underneath her and sat up on my elbow to look down at her.

Her eyebrows shadowed down onto her eyes as the sunrise shone through her drawn blinds, the light cut out certain shadows on her face and gave her skin a honey glow. Her mouth parted open slightly as she breathed quietly. The quilt rising and falling slowly after every breath.

I gently moved my leg from under hers and climbed out of bed, I noticed a light pink silky robe hanging on the back of Cami's door, so I picked it up and threw it on as my bare torso was really cold this morning.

I grabbed my cigarettes from my Jean pocket which were hanging behind Cami's Dressing table chair; and then grabbed my lighter and slowly made my way over to the balcony door, careful not to wake her up.

As I stood outside and watched the world go on below I thought about last night, what happened to Cami, what happened to me, not that I cared what happened to me as I care more about Camille than myself, and then how she was quiet and shaken up for about an hour until we finally got going and she loosened up again.

Apart from the incident earlier on in the night, that was probably the best night I've had in years.

CAMILLE POV:
I stirred in my bed and yawned one of those really dramatic, loud yawns. I rubbed my eyes with the palm of my hands and pushed myself upright and began to comb my fingers through my hair.

A fresh breeze rushed through my bedroom and pinched my arms slightly, I crossed my arms over my chest and slivered out from underneath the covers.

My eyes hovered over to a figure leaning against the railings on my balcony. Smoke appearing from behind their head and the sun reflecting off of...my pink dressing gown?

I giggled at the sight of him wearing it as he looked very cute, I sauntered over to him and leant up against the door frame.

He didn't notice me stood there even thought you could perfectly see my shadow on the balcony floor.

Alex crushed his cigarette onto the railing and swung round to put it in the ashtray, but stumbled backwards and clutched his heart as he saw me.

"Fuck me..yer scared the livin shite outta meh" Alex panted grabbing ahold of the railing and hunching over to catch his breath.

I giggled slightly "sorry I didn't mean to" I grimaced a little, he stood upright and grinned at me so I laughed lightly back at him.

I walked back into my room and Alex followed close behind. "Nice dressing gown by the way" I said to him as I opened my wardrobe to pick an outfit for the day.

"Oh yeah sorry..I saw it and couldn't resist" He said posing in my dressing table mirror making me laugh at him.

I grabbed my white short summer dress and some little gold sandals from my wardrobe, It's LA so that basically means summer clothes everyday no matter what month it is.

I placed the stuff on my unmade bed and grabbed a hair band off of one of my bedside tables, I tied my hair loosely into a ponytail and turned back to Alex who was staring at himself in the mirror and touching his hair.

"D'ya want something to eat?" I asked him after biting back a laugh as he kept getting angry at his hair.

"Ohh yeah please I'll come down with ya" he replied standing up straight and tightening the dressing gown around him.

We walked downstairs and the one thought I had in my mind was:

Dad, please don't be home, please don't be home...

As we got downstairs I must've been holding my breath as I exhaled a long breath when I realised my Dad had stayed out, after telling Alex the story last night, I did NOT want him meeting my father.

"You can literally help yourself to whatever you like, there's eggs, bacon, the breads over in that metal tin, I'm just gonna pop to the bathroom quickly Okay?" I said to him using my hands to gesture where things were.

Alex nodded and muttered a 'thank you' then yawned and walked over to the Island rubbing his eye.

As I finished up in the toilet I heard some muttering of 'shit' and 'fucking hell' so I peered into the kitchen/living room and Alex was stood there whisking some eggs that kept spluttering out of the bowl which he'd then use his  finger to wipe it and put it back into the bowl.

I laughed and he snapped his head up at me with a grin on his face. "Stop laughin at meh I'm not really a chef" he said whilst grinning.

"Don't hold the bowl like that because no wonder it's flying out the bowel. Just place it on the island and hold it still..." he did what I told him to do "..yeah there you go" I said to him smiling.

"I was gonna make an omelette if you'd like one love?" Alex asked me looking over his shoulder as he placed a pan on the stove.

"I'll only have a small one thanks Al" I said grabbing two mugs and beginning to make coffee.

"Yer got work today?" Alex asked as he poured the mixture into the pan.

"Nope nothing planned today, might go round to Calvin's and see him, then I'll probably go on a walk or something" I said while stirring the coffees in the mugs.

"Ah. Well you know that me n the lads are..y'know..the Arctic Monkeys.." Alex said slowly. I nodded looking over my shoulder at him, but he couldn't see me so I bummed a 'mhm'

"Well on Tuesday night we're havin' a little band practice at Jamie's, Breana will be there, then we're gonna have like a barbecue and that..so um yer fancy comin?" Alex said as he flipped the omelette.

Honestly I completely forgot they were in a band..I got so used to them being just Alex, Jamie, Matt and Nick I forgot they're the Arctic Monkeys.

"Yeah..I mean if I'm not intruding anything thought right?" I said as I sipped my coffee and leant my back against the counter.

"Don't be daft like I said last night, you're apart of our group now we want yer there" Alex said glancing over his shoulder to smile at me.

We sat outside at the table on the patio of my garden and ate our omelettes and drank our coffee. I kept laughing as Alex kept missing his mouth when trying to bite the omelette.

God I could get used to mornings like these..
