Chapter 11: Sensitive and Insecurities

(Echo's Pov)

I fluttered my eyes open to the sun shinin through the bedroom window. I sighed and groaned as I looked around seein I wasn't in my room. I was confused for a moment until I looked beside me seein Oliver which made me smile shyly as his arms were securely around my waist and his back was pressed up behind me.

I could feel his body heat radiate off him which made me feel warm and safe and protected. I sighed softly and turned and snuggled against Oliver which made him chuckle softly and rub my back. I smiled softly and looked up at Oliver who fluttered his eyes open and looked at me "Good mornin darlin" he whispered,

I blushed and smiled "Mornin Ollie" I whispered which made him smile and kiss my head, "did ya sleep okay?" He asked, I smiled and nodded which made him smile and kiss my head again "good" he said softly, I just nodded, "what do ya wanna do today Darlin?" he asked as he brushed a strand of hair out of my face, I blushed softly and thought for a moment. I shrugged which made Ollie chuckle "well how about we get some breakfast and then we practice quidditch again huh?" He asked hopeful like a child wantin sweets...it was really cute actually so how could I say no?

I giggled and scrunched my nose up a bit "sounds like a plan" I said, Oliver fist bumped the air in victory which made me laugh and roll my eyes a bit, "Okay Captain let's get some food first" I said, Oliver laughed as I sat up and rubbed my face tiredly and yawned.

I looked at the time seeing it was 9am which made me sigh a bit. I was actually glad we went shopping, that way I can get dressed and just avoid the Slytherin house all together and avoid my brother and the rest of the Slytherins all together because I can't deal with any of that right now.

We hopped out of bed stretchin and yawnin and got dressed. Oliver hopped in his Quidditch outfit as I hopped in light blue shorts with a cropped hoodie. I put my hair in a messy ponytail since my hair is a bit tough to brush out.

We slid on our shoes as Simone hopped on my shoulders which made me laugh as we headed out of his room and down to the common room where some Gryffindors were...They stared at me of course with confusion if not hate since everyone knows I'm a Slytherin and am Blaise's little sister so...

I frowned which made Oliver intertwine his fingers with mine which made me blush shyly as we headed out of the Gryffindor house and down to the Great Hall "Hey. Don't listen to what other people have ta say alright?" He stated, I just nodded which made him smile and kissed my head as we headed in the Great Hall and over to the Gryffindor table seeing the Weasleys, Harry and Hermione, plus a few others.

We had taken a seat across from Percy and next to Harry and Ron, "Mornin lovebirds" "Guess Oliver had a guest over last night" The twins had teased, I blushed shyly which made Oliver chuckle and shake his head. The twins laughed which made me sigh as we grabbed some coffee and food and began to just eat and chat.

It was a little quiet but I heard laughin from a distance which put...an uneasy feelin in my stomach. I looked around for the source of the laughter which made my eyes land on some Gryffindor girls...but most specifically, the ones who were on the Gryffindor team...Alicia Spinnet, Katie Bell and Angelina Johnson.

They had stared at me with anger, hatred and disgust in their eyes while they whispered to one another and had laughed quietly thinkin I couldn't hear. I gulped down the anxiety that rose up in my throat and suddenly felt so sick and nauseous as if I were about to vomit.

I sighed a bit "I-I'm gonna go to the bathroom" I said, Oliver nodded as I got up and raced to the closest bathroom with Simone by my side and turned on the water and splashed my face with cold water. I took deep breaths tryin not to throw up or faint but the feelin was close to arrivin.
