Yoongi was rocking their daughter Kim Yoonah in his arms. She just finished her milk and now it's time for her to sleep. She'd often wake up every three hours. During the night Taehyung and Yoongi would rotate on taking care of her. It didn't matter to them because they had nothing to do the next day. Taehyung took maternal leave working with his mother to make sure Yoongi and their daughter is okay.
It's only been about one month since the baby was born and she's already spoiled. Jimin, Jungkook, and Hoseok came over almost every other day just to play and watch the baby. Also, Yoongi's parents and brothers constantly sent them baby products and toys. Taehyung's mother was also no stranger to visiting their house with home cooked food everyday.
"Doll? Are you ready?" Taehyung asked quietly walking into the nursery
"Yeah, almost" He whispered "Yoonah's almost asleep"
Taehyung wanted to take Yoongi on a picnic date today. Jimin and Jungkook offered to babysit because they felt the couple needed a break. This will be the the first time without their baby with them which made Yoongi anxious, but he trusted their friends.
Eventually Yoonah went limp in Yoongi's arms and fell asleep. He placed her down slowly in her crib and walked out the room turning the lights off. It was currently 12:30pm and sunny, so he used the sunlight in the room as a natural light for their baby girl. He makes sure the baby monitor is close to her crib in case the Jikook couple doesn't hear her
"Hey guys what's up" Yoongo greeted his two friends
"Hyung, are you excited for your long awaited date" Jimin said playfully
"Yeah i'm sure it'll fun. Just make sure Yoonah is take care of okay? Call us if anythi—"
"Don't worry hyung" Jungkook said patting his shoulder "Just enjoy your day with Taehyung"
Yoongi sighs "Yeah Doll, you need to relax"
Taehyung and Yoongi made their way out the house. They put their picnic basket in the trunk of Jungkook's car (who was so kind on letting them use for the date) and immediately drove off to the picnic spot. The drive was in a town over somewhere. It took them about 40 minutes to arrive at some giant garden. Since today was Saturday, there were some people walking around enjoying the weather.
Taehyung and Yoongi walked hand and hand to the picnic area of the garden. Yoongi smiled and breathed in fresh air. Happy to actually be outside after days of being stuck in the house.
