While on the bus Yoongi laid his head in Taehyung's shoulder. He looked out the window as everything moved in a fast blur. Taehyung was worried. He needed to know what happened in that apartment.
"Hyung, what happened back there?"
Yoongi lifts his head and looked at Taehyung with a solemn expression. He then looked down at his duffle bag and frowned slightly
"He was there, he was at the apartment. At first I-I was able to sneak into the bedroom where he was sleeping and get things out the closest. But, just when I left the room he grabbed me and started yelling at me and stuff. H-He—"
Taehyung brings Yoongis head back to his shoulder again and hushes him. They then held hands tightly. The brunette was trembling. The fresh memories from yesterday he was not able to recover from were giving him a harder time today.
"H-He looked like he wanted to k-Kill me" Yoongi still continues
"Shh hyung it's okay. There's a special place in hell for that asshole. I'll protect you, I promise" Taehyung said softly
Yoongi smiles and nodded his head "You're a great guy Tae. I don't know where I would be if it weren't for you"
Taehyung grins proudly at this, his heart beating at his crushes words "You'd be with me regardless. Now, what was so important for you to get to risk youth safety?"
The small brunette unzips his duffle bag a little. Bands of Korean Won bills made Taehyung gasp out loud. Thankfully there were only like 4 people on the bus with them and they were minding their own business. Yoongj then zips it up
"w-why do you have so much money for?!" Taehyung practically yell whispers looking at Yoongi like hes crazy
"I'm rich remember. Well... I was anyways. But I had this cash put away in a safe back at the apartment. I had it there for emergencies. If I ever needed to run away like today, i'd be able to survive over a few million won" Yoongi shrugs "I don't want to burden you Tae. I need to take care of myself. Also...my identity cards and birth certificate are important too. Also I can't leave my cloth—"
"okay okay you're right" Taehyung sighs
The rest of the bus trip consisted of the two males talking and silently listening to music. One had the left ear bud, the other had the right. Soon the trip came to an end when the bus arrived at Taehyung's hometown station. Yoongi gathered his things and they walked away from the bus.
