A few days later after the incident Taehyung and the others were still in Seoul. Yoongi was doing well even though he scared everyone when he suddenly fainted. The doctors say it was due to stress, hunger, and exhaustion. Luckily the baby was fine too. But he from now on, he will need to be watched closely. There was slight bleeding, meaning he was on the path of miscarriage.
Yoongi was currently at his parents mansion with Taehyung and even his older brothers were there. They were on a business trip when the whole incident occurred, but they flew back home immediately when they got a call. Now the family is sitting together in the living room talking. Taehyung kind of felt out of place since he's not use to be surrounded by luxury.
"Yoongi, mom just wants to say...." His mother whom was sitting next to him on his right side and Taehyung close to his left, started tearing up. She takes her sons pale hands in her's "I just want to say, i'm sorry. Sorry that we burdened you all these years"
Yoongi sighs "I understand why you did. You just wanted to make sure the family was alright"
"No son" his father now said "It's not okay. We made you feel like you couldn't be yourself. Like we never cared for you. We do care, we love you much"
Yoongi's eyes widened at his fathers words. He looked towards his mother who was nodding her head. His brothers also gave a sad guilty smile "Yes, we love you so much" one of his brothers said
Yoongi's mother brought Yoongi into a hug and started crying. It made Yoongi cry himself because the words I love you coming from his family's mouth use to be nothing but a dream. He was happy to hear their apologies and see their sincerity. Taehyung watched the family, with a warm feeling spreading through him. He rubbed his boyfriends back gently
"Mom loves you so much, Yoongi-ah. You're our prince" his mother said
"Mom" Yoongi suddenly whines at his mother's sappy words
The family just laughs and the crying session was over after a while. Taehyung sat their out of place when the family started catching up on things that happened these past few months. Yoongi noticed this and holds his boyfriends hands.
"Oh I wanted to know, what's the baby's gender?" Mr. Min asked
"The baby is...it's a girl"
Everyone cheered in delight "Wow! I'm going to have a little niece" one of the brothers said
"She's going to be absolutely beautiful! I mean both of her parents are so good looking" Mrs. Min said and looked at Taehyung
The said male, just blushes "I-I'm not that great. Y-Yoongi here has it the most"
Yoongi frowns "Uhh Tae have you not seen yourself? You're literally the most ethereal being in this room. Other than my mother of course"
Mrs. Min giggles "I know i'm pretty and all. But seriously Kim Taehyung, Yoongi is correct. I'm surprised you're not some actor, idol, model or anything"
Taehyung blushes more "T-Thank you" he gave a bow in respect
"Taehyung was telling us briefly the other day that you two met and started to hang out. But I want to know what exactly made you two meet" Mr. Min asked
Yoongi's mother and his brothers looked at the couple in anticipation. Yoongi just looked at Taehyung and smiles "Taehyung was working as a server at one of your parties father. I remember I had to take a break outside. He came and comforted me because he saw I was sad"
Mrs.Min has both of her hands clasped together near her chest "Thats so sweet!"
"I see, you were working as a server for one of the banquet halls?" Mr.Min asked
"Y-Yes sir" Taehyung said wanting to slap himself for being nervous "I couldn't help but notice Yoongi looking distressed. So I felt I should cheer him up. Ever since then we just coincidentally crossed paths. And so I asked to be his friend and we would hang out"
"Ooh friends and not lovers?" one of the brothers said with one eyebrow raised
"Yes and I was happy" Yoongi said smiling
Mr. Min suddenly got up from his special dad chair, and got a manila envelope from a maid nearby. He walked back and handed over to Yoongi and Taehyung
"This is for you two. I wanted to give my full blessing for your relationship. Ideally I'd wish for marriage. Having a baby out of wedlock is frowned upon" Mr. Min sighs "But, I want you two to be comfortable and do whatever feels right for you"
Yoongi was proud of his father. He knows his father wants to control his life like before, but he's learning. He appreciates his father for learning and trying. With that thought, Yoongi opens the envelope and there was wads of cash and a key.
"I want you two to be comfortable raising this child. I don't know where you will want to live Yoongi. But we got you this house here in Seoul" Mr.Min explained
"Thanks Dad, but I actually want to live in the countryside with Taehyung and his friends for now. I'm just... comfortable there"
Mrs. Min nodded her head "It's okay sweetie. We understand. You've been through quite a lot, do things at your own pace. Your father is just excited that you and that bastard Junghoon will be divorced soon."
"Thanks mom, thanks dad. I love you guys" He said getting all teary eyed
The family gave a group hug and Taehyung looked at them proud. He was happy that Yoongi's long suffering was finally being resolved.
