The Elemental Four

All is starting to be Revealed...

Hey there readers! We will finally find out the connection between the 4 Dragon slayers and Zeref!
Sorry its taken so long to update! School is annoying but 3 day holiday is here! Whoo!

Anyway, onto the story!~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"You met Zeref!" Yelled the rest of the guild in shock.

"Yeah, and we almost lost our lives because of it." Said Storm and Gray in unison.

"Wait, so did you!" Said Storm and Gray in unison at each other blushing.

Aqua giggled which turn into a full on laugh.

Natsu chuckled a little and Wendy giggled too.

"Why are you laughing Aqua?" Asked Storm nervously.

"I- I KNEW IT! I knew it was Gray that saved you when we were fighting Zeref!" Laughed Aqua loudly.

Storm's blush deepened as well as Gray's blush too.

"It was you!" Said Storm and Gray in unison at each other again.

Once everyone had calmed down, Master Makorov asked "Could you please explain to me what happened to you when you met Zeref?"

Aqua spoke up first and said "okay, It all started on a Sunday the year was X776, We had asked our Dragons if we could go exploring..."

~ Flashback ~
"Oceania, Igneel, could we go exploring please!" Asked young Aqua.
"Please Igneel, Oceania! I promise I won't let my Aqua get hurt!" Said a blushing natsu.
Aqua blushed at what Natsu said.

"Can we come too?!" Asked Wendy and Storm eagerly.

The two white Dragons looked at each other then at the other two Dragons, the red Dragon and teal Dragon. Those two Dragons looked at each other then nodded.

"But be back by midnight!" Yelled the red Dragon at the children who were already running towards the forest.

"Okay Igneel!" Answered Aqua as she ran.

~ A few moments later ~

"Natsu, do you know where we are?" Asked Aqua scared.

Natsu went over to Aqua and hugged her from behind while they were walking.

"No, but we will be able to get back. I promise." Said Natsu with a caring voice that warmed Aqua's heart.

"Okay..hmm." said Aqua as she enjoyed the feeling of Natsu's hair brushing against the back of her neck and his breath on her neck.

Wendy and Storm watched in awe.

'I wish I could feel what Aqua feels for Natsu with someone.' Thought Storm sadly.

A few moments later they saw a dark haired man wearing a black and white toga of some sort.

"Hello, my name is Zeref, and you have all met your death." Smirked the dark haired man called Zeref.

"Never! I'll never let you hurt us especially My Aqua!" Said Natsu determined.
Aqua blushed and nodded.

Storm and Wendy nodded and lifted their small fists.

"Sky Dragons... Roar!" Chanted Wendy and Storm.

The Attack hit Zeref directly on his chest and was sent flying into a tree.

He groaned in pain as he got up.
"You little brats... Dark Wave!" Said Zeref.

The Attack was heading straight to Wendy but Storm pushed her out of the way and closed her eyes waiting for impact but it never came.

Storm opened her eyes to see a dark haired boy who was about her age standing in front of her with a pillar of earth behind him.

"You alright?" Asked the boy.
"Yeah.. thanks, I'm Storm."
"I'm Gray." Said the boy called Gray.

"Hey, wanna help us fight this jerk?" Asked Storm with a mischievous smile growing on her face.
"Totally" said Gray who had the same smile growing on his face.

They walked away from behind the earth pillar to the others.

"Who's he?" Asked Natsu.

"I'm Gray, who are you pinkie?"
"I'm Natsu droopy eyes!"

Aqua and Storm giggled as the two continued to insult each other.

"Water Dragons.. Roar!" Chanted Aqua.
The Attack hit Zeref directly on the chest.

"Great shot Aqua!" Said Natsu

"Thanks!" Said Aqua blushing.

"Earth/Fire Dragons.. Roar!" Yelled Natsu and Gray.

"Lets go!" Yelled Natsu and the 5 began to run.

Aqua grabbed Natsu's hand and ran faster.
Wendy used her magic to boost her speed.
Storm grabbed Gray's hand and ran faster too.

When they got back to their Dragons they explained what happened.

"Will I see you again?" Asked Storm when Gray's Dragon came to take him home.

"Of course, I always find you." Said Gray.

Then they went their separate ways...

~ End of Flashback ~

"And that's it.." said Aqua as she finished her explanation.

Master Makorov nodded and went up to his office.

Then everyone went back to what they were doing before.

Storm blushed as she remembered the memory. She walked over to Gray and said "I guess you right then."

"Yeah... hey could I uh speak to you in private?"

"Sure."

Gray and Storm walked out of the guild and to a secluded garden next to the guild hall.

"So.. what did you want to tell me then?" Asked Storm.

"Well.. I- I- I- I love you Storm!" Said Gray nervously

"You... love me?"

"Yes.. I love you and no-one else.."

Gray looked away from Storm.

"I- l love you too Gray.. I always have ever since we met when we're kids..."

They looked at each other, eyes filled with sweet caring love.

Gray gently placed his hand on her cheek and kissed Storm.
