Comfort

As Roman sat down next to his roommate, he found himself being pulled into the other's lap. He blinks a little bit, before hiding his face into Janus's chest with a small thank you before he got an idea. He flipped Janus over and pulled the other down so that Janus's head was now tucked into the crook of his neck. 

"Roman what the-" 

"Shush, my morning star. It's naptime." Roman cut the fellow student off with a small hug around the smaller's waist, him smiling softly. The stars shone brightly in the dead of night, Janus was only awake due to a nightmare. Roman had intended to fix that issue with cuddles and Disney. 

Janus could feel his cheeks heating up, and he muttered a soft, squeaking "okay" as he snuggled into the stronger's chest, yawning softly and shakily. His cheeks were still wet with tears as he held onto the other. "Thank you," He said softly, smiling a bit. He was happier now and he hid his face in the crook of Roman's neck. 

Roman's expression softened further as he wrapped his arms around the other, keeping him close. "Do you want hot cocoa?" he asked softly, smiling a bit at the small boy in his arms. "I know how nightmares can be, but I promise it'll be okay. I'm right here." He reassured softly and rubbed his small friend's head, ruffling the other's hair gently. Roman continued to hold him, unaware the other had fallen asleep already.

When Janus opened his eyes again, he found himself curled up on Roman's chest, an arm around his waist and one on his back. His face grew red, him remembering that there's no school today. He sighed softly and tried to move without waking the other up. "Roman..." He says softly once his plan failed. "Roman let go, I need to get us food." 

"Nope..." 

"Baby please?" 

Roman's eyes opened a bit as he smirked softly and kissed Janus's nose. "Thank you for using the magic word." He was red in the face, his eyes shone brightly as he lets Janus go, and chuckled gently when Janus ran off in a flustered mess. 

Now, when Janus had returned, He wasn't as red as before, but a shade of pink did dust his cheeks and the tips of his ears. The student hummed gently and gave Roman a bowl of heated-up rice with soy sauce and a raw egg, special eggs Janus ordered from a Japanese-owned, local farm, making the eggs safe to eat raw. He gently sat on the couch beside Roman, smiling softly and using his chopsticks to pick up a few bits of the mixture and eat it, humming a gentle tune as he leans his head on Roman's shoulder. 

Roman looked down at Janus lovingly and rubbed his back as he ate, setting his own bowl aside and then pulling Janus into his lap. "Mine." He said softly, kissing Janus's forehead with a small blush rising to his rounded cheeks. When a nod came from the male in his arms, he stimmed happily as he then picked up his bowl and started eating. "ooh! Jan this is amazing!" he giggled
