Boba date

Janus sighs softly as he watched the annoying, but loveable classmate he'd let stay with him oh so long ago. He smiled a bit when Roman bent down and picked up a small yellow wildflower, then come running over to him with his dopey smile. "Yes, my morning sun?" Janus asked when Roman tugged his sleeve. He chuckled when he was presented with a flower, wrapping an arm around Roman's waist and pulling him close. "I Love you~" He giggled softly, kissing Roman's cheek. 

Roman kissed Janus on the lips before pulling away and looking at him. "I love you more~," he says softly, getting out of Janus's hold and slipping his hand into Janus's, glancing around before he spotted the local boba shop, His eyes lighting up brighter than the night stars. He started to pull Janus along to the shop. "Come on, babe!" he urged. 

Janus chuckled gently and rubbed his eyes softly, trying to wake up a bit more and yelping as he was tugged along. "Okay! Okay, I'm coming darling." He said gently, pushing down his yellow beanie and smiling softly. "What flavor do you want, my dear?" He asked as the two entered the boba shop, earning a small squeal from Roman. 

Roman thinks about his lover's question for a moment before he glances at the menu and smiled brightly. "Taro! Taro bubble tea!" He smiled as he brought Janus to the counter, getting a greeting from the barista. He smiled and nudged Janus to order while he pulls his satchel up onto the countertop and takes out his wad of cash, counting out the price and giving the money, before nodding and also ordering a bucket of fried dough pieces. 

"Alright, thank you for stopping by today, gentlemen. your food and drinks will be at the waiting station when they are ready." The barista spoke, smiling at the two before they worked on making the drinks while the other staff member worked on the fried dough. 

Janus got the two of them a table nearby a woman who seems a bit nervous and a little mad. He sat down and Roman sat across from him, Janus removing his beanie and smiling softly. "this place is nice, darling." He hummed out, his eyes glancing back at the woman when he heard a small gasp come from that direction. "Oh- sorry miss, am I too loud?" He asked, tone softer. Upon getting ignored by the women, he sighed and thanked Roman once he'd come back with the drinks. "Thank you, dove." He took his drink of mango blended bubble tea and sipped it, chewing some of the tapioca balls. 

Roman ate a piece of fried dough and smiled brightly. "so~, do you like it?" He said with a giggle as he sips his own tea, blended and taro flavored. He chewed on his own tapioca pearls. He giggled again when Janus had nodded, him kissing Janus's cheek. He was happy to finally have time to spend with his love after having been preparing their restaurant for so long. "I'll take that as a yes, my love." 

Janus just giggled softly and ate one of the fried dough pieces. He smiled brightly and then he sipped his boba again. "Thank you, dear. I've never had boba before." He hummed softly and then looked behind Roman and groaned softly seeing the women from before starting to approach.  Soon enough, Janus held Roman's hand gently and pushes his curly hair into his eyes.

The Woman, named Linda, was walking over with a disgusted face. she was very disturbed by the two and had complained that they had harassed her. "This is them, miss." She had used makeup to make a slap mark on her cheek and has waterworks going already. "they harassed me" she sniffled softly. 

Janus did his best to remain calm. "My apologies for this miss, but we never hurt her. We were simply enjoying our date." Janus said calmly, somehow remaining calm. He was starting to shut himself down emotionally and was being quiet about it. "We were here the whole time." 

Linda scoffed and rolled her eyes. "he's lying! this f*gg*t attacked me!" She stomped her foot like an angry child. She was not a good person :/ 

"Ma'am, kindly leave. I will have security escort you out if you don't." The employee said sternly, crossing their arms gently. "Please," they added afterward. 

Linda left in a huff and stormed off. 

The employee apologized and gave some of Janus's money back as an apology. they then left the two alone. 

Roman sighs and kisses Janus's forehead then sips his own boba. "It's okay, darling," he reassured with his usual gentle grin and soft expression, eyes twinkling a neon green in the lights. He chuckled when Janus blepped gently. "thank you" 

Janus soon was cheered up, and the two walked home hand in hand.
