Since the week after the wedding was spent in her room with her mates, she missed her children and her brothers. When she heard there was a mission coming soon, she jumped right at the opportunity. Not only did she get to spend time with them, but the mission was also in Forks, Washington. This means she can finally see her father.

Diana's POV

I was packing for my mission. Apparently, there was some newborn army that is trying to dispose of the Cullens. 

After we handle the newborn army situation, I decided to spend a week with my father. When I called him a couple of days ago, he was very excited to see me again. I was always closer with Charlie than Bella was. Renee was her favorite while Charlie was mine. It was hard on him when I left for Italy but he knew that it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

The flight to Seattle was peaceful. I spent the time playing chess with Demetri, catching up with the twins, and goofing off with Felix. Soon enough, we touched down at the Sea-Tac Airport. 

Felix and Demetri grabbed the luggage and we began our way to the exit. My father so graciously allowed us to stay in my room because he knew I had enough room. Felix and I were currently wearing brown contacts while the twins and Demetri wore blue. The day before was spent shopping for clothes casual enough to wear around humans because we couldn't exactly walk around Forks wearing black cloaks. 

When we reached the outside, we spotted our black SUV in the parking lot. Felix being our driver drove to my father's house in half the time it was supposed to. 

When we reached the house, it looked the exact same as when I left. Parked in the front was Charlie's police cruiser, indicating that he was home. Bella was supposedly on some camping trip and she didn't know I was here. 

During the week when I was stuck in my room, Aro had the twins, Felix, and Demetri scope out the situation to determine whether or not it was safe for me to come. 

I exited the car and walked up to the door. The twins followed behind me as the other two hauled the luggage behind us. I knocked on the door and after a few minutes, Charlie opened the door with a wide smile.

"Dad!" I launched myself at him, feeling like a little kid again.

He laughed, "Hey sweetheart," he said hugging me.

After we pulled away from the hug, he caught the sight of the people behind me. I turned towards them. Pointing at each person as I introduced them.

"Dad, this is Jane, Alec, Felix, and Demetri," I said, "they go to school with me and they are basically family."

He greeted them kindly, "Hello, I'm Diana's father Charlie. It is nice to meet you."

Alec was the first to say something, "Hello sir, thank you for welcoming us into your home."

Charlie smiled at his manners, "It's no problem at all. Any friend of Diana's is welcomed here."

After the greetings, Charlie left us to unpack upstairs. As soon as we went in my room they were ready for business.

"Felix and I are going to scout the area and make sure it is safe," Demetri said

"Alright, be careful, don't get into trouble," I responded 

"Pssshhh, us? Trouble?" Felix replied

"Yes, you. Trouble." I rolled my eyes

They left and I was left with the twins. "So what's the plan?" I asked

"Tomorrow is the day of the battle. We have allowed them to continue what they were doing. If they served their purpose then we will destroy them, if not we will meet up with the Cullens to see the status of the human" Jane answered
