Diana's POV

It was an early Tuesday morning and I was practicing with my powers to see what all I could do. I had been staying with the Cullens for about a week now. 

I had learned that my humanity ability can allow me to sleep and eat human food. Right now I was testing my theory that I could decrease a vampire's thirst. I had thought the idea up last night but I didn't tell anyone because I didn't want to get Jasper's hopes up.

I closed my eyes and focused on the burning sensation in the back of my throat and visualized it going away. At first, nothing happened but it slowly began to go away until it was basically nonexistent.

"Jas!" I exclaimed in excitement

A few seconds later, Jasper flashed to where I was with a worried look on his face, "What is it? Are you hurt?" 

"I'm fine Jas, I promise," I said. I began questioning him, "so you know how I've been practicing my abilities right?"

"Um, yeah?" He asked, confused as to where this was going.

"Well, last night I was thinking about if I could decrease your thirst," I began, "and I've been working all morning testing it out." He looked at me, urging me to continue, "I have found a way to take it away. To take your pain away, to make you happy again."

Venomous tears filled his eyes, as well as mine. He suddenly flashed in front of me, lifting me up and spinning me around. Peppering my face with brotherly kisses. "Thank you Ana! Truly. You have no idea how happy I am."

Hearing a ruckus, the rest of the Cullen clan entered the room, minus Edweirdo. Rosalie with a medium-sized baby bump. 

"What is all the commotion?" Carlisle asked, ever the concerned father figure.

"Diana just found a way to help me with my thirst," Jasper laughed, "I don't have to worry about slipping up and killing everyone at school. I can live normally, well as normal as a vampire can!" 

Alice was the first to embrace me, thanking me for helping her mate in ways she could not. Rose and Em embraced me next, saying how much of a miracle I am and thanking me for all that I have done for this family. Lastly, Esme and Carlise hugged me, thanking me profusely for helping their son.

Days and days passed by. I had gotten exponentially closer with the Cullen family, excluding Edward of course. Bella was keeping him as far away from me as possible. I had even spent time with the wolves, having to change Felix and my's diet in order to keep the treaty for our short stay. To say that my old best friend, Samuel Uley was shocked was an understatement. Although, strangely enough, he didn't treat me any differently. He always saw me as a little sister and always would. 

In fact, most of the pack didn't treat me badly. Mainly due to the alpha thinking of me as family. I even met Emily. She was incredibly welcoming and I was glad to finally meet Sammy's fiance. The only person that had a problem with my newfound immortality was Jacob. More because he had already lost Bella to the so-called 'leeches' and less for my own wellbeing. 

Finally, the two weeks of the pregnancy were coming to a close. Rose absolutely glowed when she was pregnant. She has been the happiest she's been in her life the past couple of weeks.

Spending these two weeks with my new sibling has been the most fulfilling experience I've had. Everything was falling into place and soon my little niece or nephew would be born. Felix and Emmett had gotten closer as the days passed. They had a similar personality so they clicked instantly. They were both intimidatingly tall and strong but they were just big teddy bears underneath. A few days after we began staying around the Cullens, we realized why. Emmett and Felix were soul brothers. Currently, we were working on baby names.
