CHAPTER 7

Elle's p.o.v

I opened my eyes slowly as the rays of sunlight shone right into the room.

"You're finally awake" I heard Jax say as I sat up and turned his way, seeing him bringing over breakfast for me.

"Oooh, breakfast in bed, what's the occasion?" I asked him as I winked his way holding a laughter.

"Hmm, I don't know, I think I just got married" he said questionably with a smile on his face. I laughed at the sight as I stood up to go brush my teeth and wash my face.

"Give me a second" I said running into the bathroom.

When I was done, I came back into the room and jumped on the bed as he placed the dishes right in front of me.

I looked at the meal longingly as my mouth salivated, they looked so delicious, and I couldn't help myself.

I looked at Jax as he took a piece of the pancake wrapped in a beautiful golden syrup and placed it in his mouth. I waited for a reaction from him but got nothing, so I scoffed his way and cut a piece for myself.

As the pancake touched my tongue, I couldn't help but moan out loud in delight. The flavour, it was just so hmmm.

"How the hell did you not react to this yummy awesomeness, I have never tasted pancakes this delightful before" I said as I took a larger piece and put it in my mouth again moaning at the taste again.

I looked up and saw Jax staring at me in a funny way. "What" I said laughing at his reaction.

"Tell me you've never seen a girl appreciate food before" I said snickering at him as I enjoyed my meal. He laughed at me as I continued eating with much vigour.

"I've never seen someone look so good while eating so horribly" he said as he scrunched his face up.

"Hey" I yelled as I tried to grab him, but he stood up quickly and laughed my way.

I glared his way playfully as he walked into the shower while I continued my meal. After I finished my meal, I cleaned up and then walked to the door of the bathroom.

"Hey Jax, do we have anything planned to do today?" I asked him as I heard the shower turn off.

"Yeah, we do, we can go visit a few places or go get a massage, whichever one you want" he said from inside the bathroom as I heard the door open, and he came out with a towel wrapped around his waist which was hanging dangerously low.

I gulped as I watched as droplets of water dripped down his chest slowly. I coughed choking on my saliva as I turned around and tried to distract me, not missing the smirk that went on his face at my reaction.

"Put some clothes on" I yelled as I pushed passed him and went into the bathroom. I shut the door behind me and leaned against it, taking in deep breaths as I fanned myself and put my hands on my cheeks which was no doubt red.

He was hot yes, there was no denying that.

Shaking my head from the thoughts that surrounded it, I went into the bathtub and took a long hot bath.

Jax and I's honeymoon/ vacation was honestly the best rest time I had had in a long time, everything was so nice, we had a lot of fun and played so many activities, from scuba diving, to tennis, and surfing, we also visited so many places like sulphur springs, diamond falls botanical garden and so many other places, and on the day before today we visited their spa to have a massage.

We were currently on the plane back home and let me tell you I wish we didn't have to leave; it was really amazing there and I was well rested.

I knew that now that I was back I would have so many outstanding works to do which made me want to go back and relax at the resort, but I knew I had a job and responsibilities to do.
