Elle's p.o.v
I stood in front of the mirror looking at myself as I revelled in the thought that I was really getting married today.
I looked at mom, Mrs Bryant, Holdens sister Selene, Bette, and my best friends Amy and Tasha who were all standing besides me gushing at how lovely I looked.
I looked at them with a real smile on my face as dad and Felix came into the room to tell us that the ceremony was starting.
They both stood and looked at me in awe as I stood there in the magnificent wedding dress, which was designed for me by Jeanne Pierre Claude, a very famous designer who just happened to be friends with Mrs Bryant.
I watched as tears came down my dads eyes like a fountain as he came and pulled me into a tight hug.
"Dad, you're squishing me" I said as he let me go and I laughed a bit.
"My baby girls all grown up; I can't believe you're finally getting married" dad said as I snicked lightly.
"I'm sure you can't". After all this was all arranged by him.
Dad glared at me playfully as he knew the underlying meaning to what I said before he laughed and pulled me into a light hug.
"You'll be happy, I'm sure you will" he whispered in my ear for only me to hear.
"Let's get this show started guys" dad said as he put my arm around his as everyone left the room to go to their seats. After a while we heard the music playing and then we started our father daughter walk.
As the doors opened, I looked forward confidently trying not to show my worries to the world.
I was scared, no frightened, I never imagined myself getting married but here I am, walking down the aisle. Jax was a good guy, from what I knew about him he was a good person and a good friend, the thought that I didn't get stuck with someone rude and annoying helped ease the tension from my shoulder as I walked with dad.
Dad and I walked and walked and walked and honestly it felt like I would never reach the aisle, I didn't want to reach the aisle, but alas I did, and dad handed my hand gently to Jax's. He looked at me with a warm smile on his face as if sensing my worries, which made me take a breath of relief as I felt him rub my arm soothingly. I turned and looked at him as we stood in front of the priest and passed a little smile his way as I held onto him tightly.
I blurred out as the priest started talking a lot and then I heard Jax say "I do" from beside me. I clutched his arm harder as the priest looked at me and spoke. "Do you Noelle Kaia Baxter take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to live together in holy matrimony, to love him, to honour him, to comfort him and keep him in sickness and in health, forsaking all others for as long as you both shall live?"
I heard the priest say as I froze up and took a deep breath. I looked at Jax's face as I held my breath. "I do" I said as I looked down.
I hope I don't regret this.
After the whole vows part, the ceremony went by in a blur and soon enough we were out of the church and into the car that would take us to the receptionist.
As Jax and I sat down in the car, I let out a breath that I hadn't realised I had been hoping and I looked at his face for a while as he did me and I don't know why we both burst out into laughter.
"Well, hello there wife" he said while laughing.
"Hello dear husband" I said snickering as I laughed along with him.
