This book is a compilation of prose and poetry. This is made with rhythm, meters, haikus and free verse. This book talks more about the negative side of one's life. When you are in a place of darkness and void, you may have done things that are not quite proud of, like suicidal attempts, self-hate wrongdoings, depressed careless decisions, etc, this book is created to relate most youth's experience not to influence but to reach the message that they are not alone in this battle of chaos inside their system, both physically or mentally. If you are battling some sort of mental illness, please help yourself and seek help. Hold on and don't let go. We are in this together.
