Ryu's POV
The body of Death flops onto the sand and the head rolls right next to me. The knights of Oracle looked at each other before getting on their horses and retreating.
"Well that does that." I said
The body of Death doesn't disappear indicating that he was actually dead. I wiped the blood off my sword and sheathed it back into my scabbard.
I turned around and saw the soldier back up a bit, even the King and the Queen hesitated.
"What?" I questioned
The others slowly lowered their weapons and opened a path for me.
"Thanks." I said
I looked at the King and Queen.
"Do me a favor." I said
They looked at me and raised an eyebrow.
"Unite, it'll be better." I said
Both the King and the Queen scoffed but I just turned and approached Aneko and Aragorn.
"It's set, ready?" asked Aneko
"No I need to check something." I replied, "Aragorn give me my watch."
He gave me his watch and I began to find information on Aerin.
"Found it, she's from earth 65/98." I said, "Let's try going there."
Aneko typed things on this device and nodded.
"All set." said Aneko, "Teleporting in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1."
I was sucked into hyper space but something happened and I was uncontrollably spinning. I started getting motion sickness and I felt like throwing up. I suddenly exited hyperspace and I fell onto a table, I sat up and began throwing up. Aragorn fell next to me as well and he also began throwing up.
"We're here." said Aneko
"Holy shit what was that?" I asked, "Going through hyper space wasn't like that."
"Get used to it." replied Aneko
"Hey!"
I turned to see two women who were both pretty approaching us.
"This is private property you can't be here." said the woman with glasses.
"What is she saying?" asked Aneko
"Eh?"
I was confused, she was speaking English, how could she not understand.
"She's speaking a different language." said Aragorn
"No she's not." I replied
Aneko raised an eyebrow at me.
"Did you not know that one of the augmenters ability is to be able to speak every language? You hear everything as English but it may be a different language you're actually hearing and speaking." said Aneko
"Oh shit, I didn't know that." I replied
Aneko groaned and shook her head.
"Please leave or we'll call the police." said the woman
"Oi oi where are we?" I asked
"Tokyo, Japan." she replied
"Fuck." I groaned
"What did she say?" asked Aragorn
"She said we're in Japan which is fucking far from our destination." I said, "I thought you had the location set."
