Ryu's POV

"It's so damn hot here." I sighed

We were now in Diskit but right now I had no idea where to start looking. We were surrounded by giant mountains and it was hard to even pin point which was which.

"Ryu, maybe Aerin was born here." said Aneko

"Maybe, but where exactly?" I questioned

I pulled out my watch and began to search things about Aerin.

"Found something, she was born in a very poor village somewhere north." I said

"Let's go then." said Aragorn

"Wait, it says that it no longer exists. It was destroyed by something 3,000 years ago." I said

"Oh great, now what?" asked Aneko

"Let's ask the people around." I said

"Sure go ahead." said Aneko

I began going around asking people about the village while the others were busy exploring and checking out Indian culture. I went around asking about a village somewhere in the north but no one knew about it.

"Is there a library here?" I asked a lady

"Yes, over there." she replied while pointing at a big temple.

I entered the temple to see rows of books so I went to the record section.

"Do you need help?" asked a librarian while smiling

"Yes, uhh by any chance do you know anything about a village up north? It was destroyed about 3,000 years ago." I asked

The librarian's smile dropped and she looked around before looking at me.

"The one in the north? I don't really know anything about it but my grandfather knows something about it. I'll take you to him." she said

"Oh that'll be perfect." I said

She leads me through the streets of Diskit and we got to this 3 story building. When we entered the staircase, it was really narrow and small so I kind of struggled to even stand up straight. We got to the top floor and headed over to the very last door at the end of the hallway. She pulled out some keys and unlocked the door. The living room was very colorful, a lot of colorful blankets and furniture.

"Grandpa." called out the librarian

"Over here." came an old voice to my left

She leads me into a room where there was an old man sitting on the floor in the center of the room with a small desk in front of him.

"Grandpa, how are you feeling?" asked the librarian

"I'm doing well, I sense someone else in here." said the old man

I raised an eyebrow and looked into his eyes and I noticed that he was actually blind.

"Yes, I met this man in the library and he wanted to know about the village you always talked about. The village up in the north that was destroyed 3,000 years ago." said the librarian

"Ahh..." whispered the old man, "Sit, young one."

I took a seat in front of him.

"What's your name?" asked the old man

"Ryu, Ryu Kim." I replied

"Ryu, why do you look for this village?" he asked

"I have something there. I need to get it back." I replied
