As the blonde cheerfully ran out the door, Seojun followed a few feet behind before yelling a warning.

"If you run that fast you'll miss the store and drop your drink!"

"Really? Well who's gonna stop me, grandpa?" Jiyoo retored.

"I don't know, maybe that wall you're heading straight towards," Seojun said with a mischevious tone.

Jiyoo quickly stopped running and looked ahead of him and sure enough, only a few feet away from him was a large brick wall.

"Oh shit, there was a wall..."

"Yep, and you ran right past the store too."

Jiyoo slowly walked back to the location of the store where Seojun was standing and waiting. He couldn't believe how he just embarrassed himself, he was absolutely sure that his face was as red as a beet. He was just hoping Seojun didn't notice.

"Hey, how long are you gonna take, slowpoke?" Seojun playfully called out.

"I'm coming, I'm coming!" Jiyoo picked up his pace until he reached the taller male.

When Jiyoo made it in front of him, he opened the door that alerted the store of a new customer with a soft tinkle of a bell that rested above the door. Many employees greeted the two as they walked inside the small, two story building. The two politely smiled and greeted the employees back.

"Alright, game plan," Seojun turned towards Jiyoo and spoke, "We go play tag."

"In here? Won't we be disturbing other people and get kicked out?" Jiyoo cocked his head to the side slightly.

"Nah, as long as we're quiet we're fine."

"Well if that's the case," Jiyoo started, "tag, you're it."

He lightly tapped Seojun's shoulder before running off into the vast collection of books, shelves, and people. Jiyoo ran quickly towards the back of the store and hid behind a shelf that held the encyclopedia collections. He peeked out a tiny bit between the cracks of the books and the next shelf above them, he didn't recognize Seojun's black hair anywhere. He thought it would've been a good idea to switch places in case Seojun was creeping closely towards his hiding space. He carefully crouched and waddled a few aisles from his original spot and then started speed walking back towards the front of the store. And to his surprise, Seojun hadn't moved an inch and was looking right at him.

"Did we ever clarify the rules? Do we have to just see the person or do we actually have to tag them?" Seojun cockily asked as he walked up to the smaller blonde, who was frozen in shock.

"Well seeing as how it's called tag, tagging the person would make a lot of sense."

Seojun nodded and tapped the top of Jiyoo's head, "Now you're it, so close your eyes."

Jiyoo only groaned in response and did as he was told; putting his small hands over the slightly scratched lenses of his glasses. He could hear the heavy sound of footsteps, obviously coming from the taller male, retreating further and further away from him. Since Seojun wasn't there to tell him to uncover his eyes, he waited about 30 seconds until he dropped his hands. Having his eyes adjusting to the light, it took him a minute before he started walking down the aisles of the bookstore.

Jiyoo searched for what felt like hours in the tiny shop and still hadn't found Seojun. He was getting a bit irritated at this point and started looking harder. Judging by the sound of Seojun's footsteps, he went pretty far and to the right so that's exactly where he started walking. He looked behind every shelf he passed and had no sight of Seojun. Upset was a nicer way of describing how the petite blonde felt at his bad luck in this childish game. He sighed in defeat as crouched down and racked the thoughts in his brain together.

"Wait," he started talking to himself quietly, "what if he's just hiding in plain sight? That would make finding him really hard!"

Jiyoo told himself to focus and then proceeded to start looking for the taller male again. When he and Seojun walked in, he noticed a little mini cafe to their right with many people sitting, reading, and enjoying coffee. Jiyoo took this time to carefully and silently find his way to the cafe. Scanning across the area, all the people had their noses either buried in books or newspapers. At first glance Jiyoo couldn't spot Seojun at all, but after looking a bit harder, he noticed the raven haired male sitting far off in a corner with a book. He innocently walked up to him and cracked a soft smile.

"I found you~" he said in a sing-song like voice and patted the top of Seojun's head.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Seojun responded jokingly as he lowered his book.

There was an empty seat next to Seojun and the blonde was tired from running a whole bunch so he decided to take the seat, resting his chin on the armrest in the process.

"So what do we do now?" the blond curiously asked.

Seojun thought about his answer, "Hm.. How up are you for reading?"

"Reading?" Jiyoo whined, "You've got to be kidding me, who wants to read?"

"Come on, it'll be fun, I promise," the taller begged.

Jiyoo sighed, "Fine, just nothing long or boring!"

Seojun nodded and stood up, taking Jiyoo's hand as he did. Jiyoo's face turned a bright shade of red. This was basically almost the first kind of physical contact they had. The way Seojun tightly and gently gripped his small fingers sent shivers down his spine. The sensation made him feel light and dizzy in the head, but a good kind of dizzy. He was in love with this interaction and wanted it forever and always.

Seojun dragged the blushing mess of a blonde to an odd section of the bookstore.

"What the- plays by Shakespeare? I said nothing boring!" protested Jiyoo.

"Here look," Seojun pulled out a small red book, "Macbeth is a fairly short book. It should only take us 20 minutes to read and it's really interesting!"

"Do you promise it's only 20 minutes?"

"Scouts honor?" the taller held up three fingers as a salute.

Jiyoo nodded and started walking away, "Fine, get the book and let's go find a place to sit."

Seojun smiled, grabbed two copies of the book, and followed the blonde into the large collection of books.
