It had been a week and a half since the two had hung out, but they never stopped talking to one another. Jiyoo continued to bring lunch after lunch and Seojun continued to eat lunch after lunch. As they grew closer to one another, their feelings for each other grew stronger. Although neither of them wanted to admit to the other, they still felt it in their hearts.

Jiyoo's confidence had grown a bit more in those last few days but not enough to his liking. He wanted to be able to talk to Seojun without stuttering or being flustered. Now that was a task.  It was a difficult task for him, although Jiyoo was going to make sure he overcame that difficulty. He awoke that morning with the same smile he fell asleep with. He had so much fun with Seojun yesterday that it gave him butterflies in his stomach when he thought about it.

He didn't notice how hard he was smiling until he made his way to the bathroom.

"Damnit Lee!" he smacked his cheeks lightly, "Get a hold of yourself!"

Jiyoo had a love-hate relationship with the way Seojun made him feel. If anything, it was more love than hate. As Jiyoo brushed his teeth, his mind couldn't help but wander to his favorite features of Seojun. The one thing he loved most about him was how warm of a personality he had. The way Seojun was careful with his words and actions made Jiyoo blush furiously. He was just too sweet. After Jiyoo had brushed his teeth he checked his watch. 8:24 am.

"Shit, I'm late!" Jiyoo screamed before he quickly grabbed everything he needed and made his way to school.

______________

"I'm really sorry I'm late Mrs. Kwan..."

"It's alright, just go take your seat"

Jiyoo took a brief walk of shame to his seat and sat. When he looked down at his desk, he saw that there was a folded up piece of paper folded up on top of it. Familiar handwriting adorned the front edge: "To Shorty, From Seojun." Jiyoo turned to his left to see if Seojun was watching him but the raven had his head down and was fast asleep. He stared at his sleeping figure, admiring it. Turning back to the note, he decided to read it while he still had the time:

Shorty,
I think it's time we hang out again. Since I picked last time, it's ultimately your turn to pick. You can either write your idea down and give this note back to me, or let me know when we eat together during lunch. Either way is fine with me, I just really wanna hang out with you again. :))
                                    From, Seojun

Jiyoo felt a smile creep at the corner of his lips after he read the innocent note Seojun had given him. Jiyoo then rummaged around through his backpack for a pen; he thought for a few moments, jotted down his idea, and slipped the note back under Seojun's sleeping figure. The rest of class, he waited for Mrs. Kwan to go ahead and dismiss them for lunch. Eventually she did and a bunch of students filed out of the room. And when the room was nearly empty, Jiyoo turned to Seojun and repeatedly poked his shoulder.

"Seojun, Seojun, Seoooojuuuun," he pestered.

"I'm up, I'm up. What?" Seojun tiredly mumbled.

"Do you wanna know what I wanna do or not?" Jiyoo pouted a bit.

"No, no I do, go ahead."

"Alright, well, I was thinking I could finally teach you how to cook! My house could most definitely use another chef in the kitchen," The small blonde chuckled softly.

Seojun smiled softly, "Of course, that sounds like fun..."

Seojun's face clearly beamed with genuine feelings of excitement. He couldn't wait to learn how to cook and spend time with Jiyoo while he was at it. The time he spent with the smaller blonde, opened his eyes as to how much of a better person he made him. Without Jiyoo in his life, he felt almost empty and didn't have a purpose. It was like a dark cloud took over and consumed his entire existence, but with Jiyoo around him, the cloud disappeared. Jiyoo was literally the sunshine in his life. Totally ironic since his hair was golden blonde, nearly blinding.
