Chapter 27 : A Daemos on Earth

Roni's POV

For that whole night , I just can't hit the sack. The way how Kai did to me.... I almost lost my self-esteem.....I just got so sorrow......Even Pierce comfort me......I grabbed the clock next to my bed.

3:00 a.m.

I sighed and got up from bed. In quiet movements , I got my way to the basement , sat on the bench of the piano. I decided to play some jazz with piano...Like....just give it a try , why don't I?

I heard a creak from upstairs,  assuming it might be early morning and usually Rhys' the first to get up.

Right after I sensed an aura , a strong one,  I turned my head back and found her....

"You?"

"Come on Jupiter , I'm taking you for training."I felt shocked and almost fell into the ground. How does she even-

She snapped her finger and I surprisingly found myself in the forest earlier that day. The euthastic villagers were gone , the woody village was gone....But she's here....

"Get that for me."She pointed a blueberry that's somehow high up on a branch of a pine tree."I can't jump onto those thin branches without my Daemos heels.""Oh...You sure?"

What the-Oh My Melody...How come I would be in my Daemos outfit this entire time?!"And before that....Let me just...."She leaned down and spinned the adjustment belt?!

"What are you even doing?!""Training  of course. Now go."I looked above the tree with some Heartlesses and Nobodies waiting for me above on the tree. It's been a while since I did actual Daemos training.

"Oof , you good?"asked the girl while having a sip of coconut drink."You think? Why am I doing this training? It's been a while since war even happened on Earth....Even there's war....I'm still weak..."I looked into the ground and start crying....

"Come this way....."She lead me to a vines covered cave with a torch in her hand. I surprisingly found a ancient paint on the wall."You see , every year , the highest ranked sound magic Daemos will choose the perfect inherent to take their place and transform into dust. And you are...the newest among all.... I have been trained different heirs of sound magic like Joe Gardner and Melody. They have been so famous in your legends. I believe you can be one of them.... If you just work hard...."

Leif's POV

Woah , First time woke up so early than Rhys. I stretched my body and decide to have some fresh breath from that opened window.

I looked at the forest that we visited earlier and found a villager standing on the top of tree."Hey! Good morning!"She looked at me, full of terrific and jumped down the tree. Ugh , she needs some manner class from Princess Ava.

I phased into the woods in my Daemos outfits , decided to look for this villager,  grabbed her back for some manner class."Put your hood on , especially your mask."Hey....It's the human that gave Sorceress Roni a flower crown. And a.....Daemos?!

"Hey , Daemos in kind."She looked at me and prepared in battle position. "Woah Woah , we're one. On the same line." She doesn't even care , there's something blocking her hearing sense.

"Give me the human. It's been some time since I killed a human."She blocked my way with her hands wide opened."What are you think you're doing?""Being a kind of yours duh!"
"Shut up human! Better be careful before I ripped your skin off!"

"Wait isn't that-"Her moving right arm caught my attention. I was shocked when I saw the same metal flute that Roni used to knock my head awake.She quickly shoved it in her holder right at the back.

"I don't know how you get that but I hope you give it to the RIGHTFUL OWNER!"I ran towards her with my double sickles tightly in my grip. She jumped onto the trunk of the tree as I ran towards her.

She seems to have the ability to stick upon an object.She placed herself on a thin branch and looked at me."Hey , are you scared or what? Get down if you're a Daemos."

She put her hands on one of her belt accessories and spinned them as she jumped down the tree. She looked at me. Her face was covered with a mask and a pair of purple glaoses.

I phased in front of her and trapped her neck with my sickles. "Why do you have Sorceress Roni's flute? Did you steal it from her?"She kicked me away with her heels and removed the sickles around her neck for some air.

"Argh.....Who are you?...."She looked at me with her blank eyes and left me who's trying to get back up. I finally see that.....The holder of the flute was literally attached to her outfit. It's totally impossible.....But how come there's a Daemos on Earth if we had used the last soul......

I must tell Rhys about this!

Roni's POV

"That's too close from him for finding the fact you're a Daemos. You must hid yourself by the hood and the mask."advised the human.

"Yeah....""You must head back before you got late from the rehearsal." Does she have some sort mind reading to read every single from me?!

Who are you?.....

I would find it out soon enough.....

After dressed into a whole black and red plaid shirt around my waist outfit , some studded bracelet around my wrist and a skull head necklace , I set off for the rehearsal.

While gliding down from the railing , I found the Daemos were somehow all gather up in the living room."There is a Daemos on the Island! I saw it with my own eyes!""How can they even get here even there's no so-"Rhys immediately shut his mouth when he saw my appearance.

"Where are you going?""I'll be fine , Pierce. You had kinda finished him off already."I comforted the worried Pierce about what happened yesterday."Who did Pierce finished off?""You didn't invite me for some fun , how could you?!""Never mind , who did you finished off , Pierce?"

I immediately put my finger on Pierce's lips and stared at Asch furiously."I'm not letting him to tell it. It's nothing but a small matter.""What do you mean small matter , did you remember what happened-" I clipped Pierce's mouth and looked at him furiously.

"One word about that thing and you're dead."He nodded nervously.

I let go my hand and left the villa , and ran away from the villa....
