Chapter 28 : I'm Victorious on Stage

Pierce's POV

"He did what?!"said Ava furiously.

Full of apologies , Roni. Just too worried about you.

"I'm gonna kill that dude. How could she be calm about such thing? She's just....Ugh!!!!"Ava walked towards the wall and banging against it.

"Princess Ava , why don't you just call your 9 hundred and eleven warriors to protect Sorceress Ava?"'You can't just call them without a specific reason."

"What if we just get ourselves invisible and spy on her? We're probably stronger than them.""You're really very confident about this , aren't you?"

"There she goes."

Ava looked at Sorceress Roni who's walking on stage nervously.

"Give me the beat , Jeffrey!"said Roni excitedly.

"Victorious!Oh oh oh!!!'sang Roni. Noi covered his ears from the loud voice. "She's really powerful. She even used her sound magic so loud.""That's already a normal volume , not for long...."

"Until we feel all right!!"sang Roni so loud. I can feel the ground shivers a bit."Until we feel all right!!!"She kept on singing in a super loud volume.

"Nice shot , Roni girl!"yelled the assistant who just passed by us. We immediately hold our breath ,just in case she feel our presence.

"Thanks , Jeffrey.""I believe that's all for today. Gonna wait for your boyfriend?"Roni sighed and pinched the assistant's ear."He's just a friend of mine , don't you dare to think too much.""Ah Ah , okay boss. Sorry."

"You really think this is a good idea? Following my sister along the way home?""Trust us , Princess Ava."said Rhys full of confident."Hurry up , we're gonna lose her."

While walking along the mountain road , she stopped for a while and proceed her walking. Suddenly , she speed up and start running."What the-""Did she sensed us?!""Who cares , we need to catch up to her!"

Roni's POV

While walking back home , I sensed some strong aura behind me....Leif , Asch , Noi , Rhys , Pierce...and Ava? Probably the Daemos' work. I'm totally confirmed that Pierce had told everything to Ava....

Good thing I'm in my Daemos speed heels.

Walking on the road , sensing the aura closer to me , I activated my speed heels and start running. Running towards a pitch black cave , I leaned against a wall , sensing their aura running across me.

Ha , idiots.

I walked out the entrance and going to clinbed up the hill.....

Pierce's POV

While chasing Roni , Ava suddenly collapsed onto the ground.I immediately deactivated the invisibility spell and Ava's as well. Her knee was covered with blood. "Princess Ava!""I'm fine , Pierce. Just catch up with the others...."

Well , it seems like an order.

As I ran , I found Roni walking out from an entrance of a cave , with an evil smrik. Don't tell me she used the flute!

She looked towards my direction,  looking shocked and ran up the mountain.

"Roni! Wait! Hear me out!"

Running in the woods , trying to explain everything to her. "Roni. Listen! I didn't mean to tell Ava about this!"

She looked around , jumping in zigzag form and disappeared for a sudden. I immediately stopped myself and looked around the peaceful woods.

"Well , well , look what we have here?"

I turned back and found the human girl behind me."You?""Yes , me. And you stepped into my land."A sword revealed in her hand."And you're dying tonight!"

I opened my eyes and found....

The Daemos that Leif mentioned!

She's real!

She blocked the human girl's sword from my way. Blood was dripping from her palm.

She kicked the human away. And hissed in pain.

"Go. I'll handle her."

"But-"

"Go!!"

"Hey yeah!!!"The human once again attack us.She defended once again with a metal knife.

"You're just causing me trouble here. You're the purpose of her here. You must go , Pierce."

"How do you know my name?"

"Well , long story , but now-Ugh-Can you stop asking questions before I got killed?""I want him to die!""Watch out!"

She hid her head in my chest and got attacked by the human girl. A scar was revealed at her back.

"Ah shit , too much."The human panicked and disappeared in gas. At least she's gone....

"Ugh....""You're hurt.""Just a scar , no such thing."She rose from the ground and collapsed into the ground as she faint.

"Hey...wake up. Wake up-""Pierce where are you?!"Leif! He got healing magic! He can heal her!"Don't move."I ordered her and ran to look for the others.

"She's right-"After meeting with the others , telling them the situation , they temporary trusted me and followed me to the Daemos. But somehow....

She's gone....

"How dare you lie to me , Pierce! I wouldn't expect you doing this!""He's not lying , Prince Asch."I looked at Rhys who kneeled down , looking at the ground.

"Look , fresh blood. Pierce's right all along. There's a Daemos on Ear-th and she just fought a powerful human. But , we must be careful just in case she's here to kill us or maybe other purposes."

"Let's just head back to the villa. We need to heal Ava."said Noi who's carrying the sleepy Ava behind him.

"Jeffrey? Yes , I was hoping to change the music for the concert.....Yes , got a bit sore throat from today's performance."

Roni?

I passed by her unlocked room and found her talking to someone through the magic slab.

"I know tomorrow's the day ,just please , I don't want to let my fans down.....Thanks. Good night."She sighed and took off her shirt.

I'm just shocked...

There are three scars at her back. 2 vertically and one horizontally.Two seems almost heal but one.....seems new....

I couldn't forget about it....
