Chapter 38 : Farewell

Rhys' POV

While waiting for Pierce and Jupiter , Leif suddenly sneeze for no reason. The weather wasn't even cold. Ava suddenly gave a smirk and secretly giggled.

"You better tell me what the heck my parents told you.""No.""You little-"Jupiter suddenly appeared nowhere with Pierce who's pinned against the ground.

"Fast progress yeah?"Jupiter immediately got up while pulling Pierce's hand. She's still in bandages ,  from arm to neck."Ready?""Yeah."

"Asch. I see you brought a guest to this discussion."said his highness."Yes. Father , meet Jupiter Clef , relative of Healer Dorth Clef.""Your highness." greeted Jupiter while bowed down.

"Jupiter...could you explain about the mess that you made out yesterday?"" I believe it would be clearer if you ask Prince Rhal's wife. She had been hunting down generations of owners of the music magic. She tries to destroy music magic."

"I'll get a proper explanation from her and give her the right punishment. Thankfully, we still need have last one."Jupiter bowed. A guard suddenly ran towards the king in the half of discussion.

"We have a guest , she would like to meet you Daemos."The door opened up with a creak sound. We turned back and found Lady Melody with a tall man next to her.

He has black mixed brown horns sticked out from his short neat hair. He's wearing a brown short sleeved coat and a black under shirt with a white belt around his waist. He has fingerless gloves and a pair of glasses.

"Greetings ,your royal majesty.""I thought you said there's only one." asked his highness to the guard. The man held up his hand."Don't blame this hardworking man. Indeed , I'm just a sudden guest after he left to inform you."He seems calm about this.

"Who are you?""I'm a friend of Jupiter. Let's just say she never see me but I've been watching her this whole time."I looked at the confusing Jupiter.

"Jupiter , I have seen everything that you did. For the world you loved , for the ones you loved , you risked it all. You do deserve to become the next inherent. Seems like my student did an amazing job."said the man while Lady Melody scratched her head shyly.

"I believe you have bigger plans after this.""Yes , I do but may I ask....Who are you?""Ugh , did you forgot everything that I have taught you?" The king cleared his throat , signaling Lady Melody that he's here too.

"Oh*sigh*You see...

Jupiter's POV

I just can't believe my own eyes!

The creator of music magic on Daemos was right in front of my eyes! Alive!

I squealed for happiness while Pierce , my....boyfriend to be , patted me on the head , calming my nerve down.

"Jupiter , I have seen from heaven. Like what my student said , you do have the vibes in you. You are born ready to be the inherent. Now , Lady Bish has stopped and peace was at last  restored."said Sir Joe while looking at the king who nodded for agreement.

"Sir Joe , I would like....to DONATE THEFLUTETODAEMOSFORSOLVING THEMAGICCRISIS!!!"I screamed everything on top of my lungs. "Jupiter! You know how powerful is the flute , why would you even-"

"I agree to do it."

Wait what?!

"What?! But you told me that the flute wasn't some donation to make-""I did said so. Before Lady Bish was defeated and will face the punishment. Get the time right, could you?"

I looked at the entire land that was owned by Daemos and looked at the flute with my reflection on it. I let go the flute and watch it fly to the air. It made a self exploded and a flash covered the land.

Did it work...

"Yes! My magic! I can feel it strong like the old days!"

I ran closer to the balcony and the villagers were cheering for joy for their powers were stored once again. I took a deep breath, feeling the air covered with magic.

"Well , I believe it's time."I turned back and looked at Lady Melody confusingly."She means....it's time to go. Back to heaven.""You're leaving?" "Well yeah , peace and magic was restored. Time to make my promise." She ran into my arms and hugged me tightly.

"You have been my favourite student this whole time. You didn't let me down. Without you , I couldn't make it to this.""I won't forget every single lessons of yours.""You better get a inherent for yourself before you die." "Yesh , bad luck."Lady Melody chuckled bitterly.

"Good bye.... Jupiter Clef...."

As she hummed , her soul was taken by Sir Joe and returned to her new home. While the body has turned into dust , mixed with the wind , blew to the sky.

I looked up into the sky , trying to calm myself down. Pierce hold me against the arm , letting me lean on his shoulder."We'll meet her...someday."

"So , Lady Bish was punished to be executed next morning while Asch will be crowned king after the day. Who's the queen , Prince Asch?"I chuckled while he blushed like crazy.

"Of course , there's a princess here. Right...Princess Ava?""Sis!"I grabbed Pierce's hand and ran away from Ava's punches.

"Well , love-""*giggle*""What are we supposed to do now?""Well....I do have this new ability to open portals to other dimensions now. I would like to take a visit to this dimension...."I looked at Pierce who gets my thought.

He leaned down for a kiss. Right I was prepared to react-"Sis , get here now!" "Oh shoot-"I pulled off my 'o's as Pierce suddenly carried me up in bridal style. "She won't catch up to us. I swear.""Stop sweari- Pierce! You jerk!"Right I was about to scold him about this swearing thing , he suddenly start to speed up and cause me to hold my arms around his neck.

He does like to swear.....
