The blond was in no way ready for a serious conversation, yet here he was, sitting beside a smiling Avi. He felt the weight of the whole situation just rain down on him, breaking him little by little. Everything that was happening, it made him feel like it was his fault. He was convinced it was, it was his fault he let himself get dragged by Daniel and it was his fault he let it get this far.

"Hi." Scott simply said. Feeling the tension in the air, he started tapping his foot against the ground.

Avi was practically glowing. "Scott, hi!" He said it like it was no big deal, which only tore at Scott's heart even more, the fact he takes this situation like it's normal and how he's used to it. Of course he got used to it, it's been going on for months. Get up, spend time with the other four, go to rehearsals, go with Daniel, come back to sleep and repeat. It was slowly hitting him how toxic this whole thing is.

"Scott?"

The blond hummed. Realising Avi's smile faded a small bit, he re-composed himself and tried to calm his nerves down. His stomach hurt and he was very much afraid to even bring up the topic. He lifted his head to look at Avi, but not look at his face, he was too ashamed to do that.

The brunette noticed his uncomfortable squirming, so he tried to lighten up the mood. "How did you sleep?"

Shaking his head with a quiet grumble, Scott answered. "Bad. Only a few hours. Couldn't shut my mind up."

Avi frowned at him as he leaned forward to pat Scott's arm. He knew what was happening and he knew why he was like this, though, he decided to let the blond bring this up at his own pace with no rushing or pressure.

"It's fairely early for you to be up, you alright? Do I need to be worried?" Avi tried again with a small chuckle.

"No, I'm fine, just...tired, I guess." Forcing a smile onto his face, Scott responded quickly. He had absolutely no clue how he should start this. All he knew is that he wants this to end and that he wants his boyfriend back.

"Scott."

"Hmm?"

"We both know that's a lie," Avi's tone turned serious, green eyes darkening with sadness. "I have an idea what you might be worrying about but, please, tell me so we can work this out. I'm willing to listen to you and I'm not upset with you. I care about you, we all do, and I want you to feel comfortable around me..." He paused as he swallowed hard. "No matter how this ends."

As soon as he heard the last bit, Scott started shaking his head. "Avi, I'm not planning on leaving you. Never thought about it, never will. You're to precious to me."

"I...wasn't sure. For a while." Avi admitted as his head hung low in between his shoulders. He hated to say it out loud but he seriously doubted Scott's love for him at some point. He still does, relationship insecurities still sometimes get to him, but Scott was always there for him, to tell him he doesn't have to worry, that he lights up the room with just his smile, that Scott loves every flaw, every tear, every scar he may have. He would always get told that if Scott ever saw the most beautiful and perfect person on this Earth, he'd still pick Avi, because to the blond, Avi was the only perfect human being and his love. Just the thought of it makes Avi always smile.

"I know. And I apologize, I can't possibly show you or tell you how sorry I am for being a jerk, a shitty boyfriend. You deserve only the best and I'm just...me and I already hurt you do much. I wish I could've seen where this was leading to do I could've stopped it- I wish I can just go back and actually listen to you. I'm sorry. So, so sorry. I'll understand if you won't want to...be with me anymore. I'm horrible with words, you know that..." Forcing out a small laugh to hopefully hide the fact he was about to cry, Scott brought his knees to his chest, feeling so small under Avi's gaze, which in his head was supposed to be an angry frown with narrowed eyes, but they held that softness and calmness in them, still. His face didn't have an angry expression, but a sympathetic one.
