"Why not?" He asked catching up to me.

"Because we are what we are and that's that." I smiled walking farther away.

"So we're not defining the lines?" He asked.

"You define the lines and I'll listen... what do you want us to be?" I said turning to look at him.

"I want us to be... us." He said tilting his head adorably.

"Then we'll be us... but you have to tell your dad." I astablished pointing at him. Then I kissed him on the cheek and walked away.

After class we all were talking out side the DWMA Kid was still inside with his dad but everyone else was outside. "Hey, Maka, Synthia, Patty, Liz. Can you come here a second?" I called from a spot on the steps where no one was.

"Coming!" Patty yelled running over everyone else followed.

"Hey, so... umm, well..." I said they all looked at me confused.

"Spit it out!" Liz yelled angerly.

"Me and Kid are dating!" I blurted quietly.

"WHAT!?" Everyone but Synthia yelled... Well Tsubaki kind of whispered it.

"Shhhh! Ya know the whole school doesn't need to know!" I whispered.

"Wait... Why didn't you yell, Synth?" I asked. She smiled.

"I saw you kiss him in the hall." She said walking away. Then Kid walked out.

"Stay quiet please." I said they nodded.

"Hey, Soul, Black Star, what's with them?" He asked gesturing to us.

"I dunno. Aiakah just called them over." Soul sighed as we walked over.

After that everyone left, Liz, Patty, Kid, and I walked home. "So how did telling your dad go?" I asked smiling.

"It just wasn't the right mood." He said I smiled.

"I totally understand... So you chickened out like a little bitch." I said flatly.

"Hey!" He said clearly annoyed.

"Just kidding love you!" I said kissing him on the cheek then running ahead.

"Idiot." He breathed, then he smiled and ran up next to me grabbing my hand.

"Your telling him when we get home. Or today will be your last day on earth." I smiled.

"I know." His smile faded but came right back.

We finnaly got home and Liz went to the kitchen to cook. I pulled Kid to his mirror. I fogged up the glass. "42 42 564 whenever you want death just knock on his door." I chanted as I wrote the numbers and knocked on the mirror. A picture started to show.

"Hello hello! Kid? Aiakah? Is that you?" He said. I smiled then pushed kid to the mirror.

"Go ahead kid!" I pushed smiling.

"Ummmmm, so dad I wanted to tell you... Um so, well..." He mumbled.

"Oh for gods sake were dating!" I yelled then realized what I'd done and I covered my mouth quickly.

"What!?" He asked alarmed but calmed down.

"Never mind that we'll talk later. Bye!" He said then the picture turned back to a picture of us.

"What was that?" Kid asked looking at me annoyed.

"I love you?" I questioned blushing profusely.

"Whatever." He said kissing me.
