It was already 5pm as Adriana was getting ready to leave the office. She knew that with traffic and everything it was going to take her 40 minutes to get to the Yankee Stadium. She had already texted the address to Lindsay and she knew she was going to be there early anyways so she hurried downstairs to start her car.

"Hi honey!" Lindsay shouted from the crowded line outside the stadium.

"Hey troublemaker." laughed Adriana as she gave hug to Lindsay. "Here are our tickets, we have good seats...I guess," and she handed one of the tickets to Lindsay. "We better get some drinks, its a hell of a boring game!" laughed Adriana.

"Oh Lord! That's all I needed. But we are not here for the game anyway, I have to hear about your date, last night!"

"Lindsay! It wasn't a date. It was a nightmare," breathed Adriana and took the stairs to find their seats. "We have to sit over there." Adriana pointed to the only two seats available, "but let's grab a drink first."

"You go take the seats, I will get us beer, I don't want some idiots to take our seats." said Lindsay as she walked away.

Adriana stepped down to take the seats, grabbing her work camera out of her bag to snap few pictures for her article. And suddenly she felt someone pocking her from behind.

"Well well well! I didn't know you were a baseball fan." it was Dan, pleased to see the goddess from last night's party at Gansevoort.

"Hey, you!" smiled Adriana, trying to remember his name. Luckily, Lindsay was back with two bottles of Heineken beer.

"Hi! Here you go Adriana." greeted Lindsay, looking at Dan with her bright blue eyes.

"My name is Dan. Nice to meet you."

Dan, Dan, Dan Adriana repeated in her head trying to memorize the name. "This is Vincent's friend. We met last night at the party."

"Oh, I am Lindsay, nice to meet you."

"So you girls come here often? I never seen you before, and I never miss a game." asked Dan, excited to have a company of beautiful girls in front of him.

"This is my first time, but Adriana is here often, right?" Lindsay turned to look at Adriana, who was smiling and nodding. "She works for the sports department at the New York Times."

"No way! Wow, you amaze me from day to day. I never seen a girl so into sports." Dan was leaning closer to the girls.

Adriana smiled, "Is Vincent coming too?"

"Yeah, but he is always late. Wait till I text him, I bet he will run to be here in 5 seconds." laughed Dan, loudly, and reached for his phone.

Obviously there was not going to be any girl's talk and gossiping like the girls had planned. Adriana and Lindsay did not have to say anything, all they had to do is look at each other's eye and the message was clear. But Lindsay was excited, she liked Dan, she couldn't stop looking at him, which annoyed Adriana. But the feeling was gone once she saw her new crush, Vincent.

"I didn't know you were coming." Vincent had arrived in 15 minutes and was more than happy to see Adriana.

"I didn't know that you were coming either." replied Adriana as she reached for Vincent's kiss.
