I hadn't gotten much sleep the night before due to the break in, so the second we were out of the tub and I pulled an oversized shirt on I was out. I felt safe here. Of course it's a hotel he owns, therefore I know every inch of it is crawling with security, especially now. And as long as Greyson's here I know I'll be just fine.

For the first time in a while I woke up in the morning and Greyson was still asleep with his arm draped over my hip. I glanced at the clock on the side table to see it's 7am. The automatic shades were still keeping it dark. I carefully turned in his arms so I was facing him and cuddled into his chest. His arm instinctively tightened around me but his breathing didn't change so I know he was still asleep. I kissed his chest lightly and closed my eyes again.

When I woke up again it was to the sound of talking. I groaned and looked at the clock. It's now 11am. I sat up, rubbing my eyes. I pulled the covers off myself and walked out of the room. Gavin, Shawn, and Greyson were stood in the kitchen, talking. Surprisingly, laughing. Shawn looked over to me and for the first time in a long time shot me a smile. "Sleeping beauty has woken!" Gavin said jokingly and Grey turned to me, laughing. I made a face at him and walked past him to the fridge. "Morning Angel." He said, kissing my head. I grabbed the orange juice and poured myself a glass before standing next to Grey. "What are y'all up to?" I asked, raising my eyebrow. "Nothing, Jules. Everything has been taken care of. We were actually discussing a business meeting I'm thinking of taking." I eyed him, skeptically, sipping my juice. "As I'm sure you know, there are a few projects my son and I have worked on together. And since Greyson has taken a step back from the office I'd like to get him out to finally see our vineyards in Italy. I think it's be a much needed getaway from all the nonsense happening lately." Gavin said and I believed him. "That sounds like a great idea. I didn't even know you have a wine company." I said smiling and Greyson laughed, shaking his head. I made a face at him and he walked over to what I'm assuming is the wine cellar and grabbed a bottle. He handed it to me. Reynolds co. Vineyards~ Grace Edition. "Bet you didn't think you'd have a wine named after you either huh?" He joked and I couldn't help the blush on my face. "Is that what rich people call flirting?" Everyone laughed at that. "We'd like to leave Thursday, is that alright with you?" He asked me and I nodded. "Sounds great!" "Perfect! I shall get everything set up!" Gavin smiled enthusiastically. He threw his arm around Shawn's shoulders and walked towards the doors, talking about the plans. Once the door shut behind them I turned back towards Greyson. "A wine? Seriously?" I rolled my eyes and he chuckled, pulling me into his arms. "Yes, that is indeed how rich people flirt. And as my wife, it's your vineyard too." I laughed and he smiled. "I'm not a Reynolds." I joked and he rolled his eyes at me. "Though not legally a Reynolds, the papers you signed after we got married weren't prenups baby. They gave you the keys to the kingdom. Your name is on everything now, what's mine is literally yours." He chuckled. And my face fell. "Are you serious?" I asked in disbelief. "You just assumed they were prenup papers, you never asked what they were. And I know you wouldn't have put up with all of the shit I've put you through just for money. You deserve everything. And I want you to have it. And if something were to ever happen to me, I know everything would be in good hands." He shrugged like it's nothing. "Grey...you've worked so hard for everything you have. It's not mine to take." "You're not taking anything, I'm giving it to you. We are a family now, and we're in this, all of it, together until we're dead or you leave me." I laughed again. "I love you too much to ever leave you." He grinned and kissed me softly. And when he tried to pull away I reached up, threading my fingers through his hair. I felt him smirk and he lifted me on the counter in front of him.

"Please." I whined, giving him puppy dog eyes. He chuckled and shook his head again. Despite my best efforts to get Greyson to stay in the penthouse, he insisted we go home. I groaned, falling back on the bed. "But it's so comfy." He rolled his eyes. "We literally have the same mattress." I groaned. "Fine." I dramatically sighed and he chuckled. He climbed over me and lightly kissed me. "Baby, I promise you, you are in no danger. Do you think I'd lie about that?" I sighed and shook my head. "Of course not. I believe you. I've just never had that feeling before. I was so safe and comfortable one minute and the next everything was ripped away. I've never felt that way before." He gave me a soft smile before leaning down to place a light kiss on my lips. "No one will ever harm you. They'd have an army to get through first with me on the front lines. That I can promise." I smiled, running my fingers through his hair. "I love you so much Grey." He grinned like a little boy, his eyes lighting up like it's the first time he's heard those words. "I love you more, Jules."
