"Stop staring you're making it too obvious", a voice like none other, startled me from the opposite side of my seat.
The voice was as deep as pacific ocean and there was a vibe of relaxation to it. The lethargy in the tone sounded sexy, but at the same time it was as if, the person is spending a lot of energy on talking.

"I'm not staring", I asserted looking in the direction of the voice averting my eyes from the Blessed sunshine Jeong Yunho.
The owner of the voice was a man sitting across the coffee table from me, wiping the surface of his round glasses using the corner of his white T-shirt before putting it back in place.
As he lifted his eyelids to meet mine, I was taken aback by the Art.

His eyes were stunning... As in piercing...as if he was capable of peeping straight into my soul.
His black, shiny hair covered most of the forehead with wavy bangs nearly covering his eyes
His face glowed in the dim party lights as he slouched on the sofa, legs cleanly apart coming down to join at the ankles.
His plain brown cardigan, which he wore on beige trousers, provided a casual, comforting vibe to me and even the plain non-lavish clothes made him look good.

After studying his features for a minute, I ignited a conversation with a low key intention to befriend him at the party instead of sulking on my own.
"Parties are boring", .. I said judging the way how he looked like someone uninterested in the ongoing party too.

"Agreed.
Why don't they just stay home alone watching movies or something on their birthdays like a normal person.", his words made sense to me.

"For realll mannn", I sighed.
"A shot of cola will definitely make it better", I laughed ad I returned from the nearby table with two drinks in my hands.

"Thanks", he said in a very exotic way. I've never been attracted to a simple thanks before, this man is legit amazing.

"I'm Kim Taehyung" , he said... "You can call me V."
"I just came here to pick my good-for-nothing sister who doesn't know how to drive but wants to go to every party in the city.", he manged to tell about his business looking like a breathtaking, talking painting.

"Ah.. I'm Y/n, Kang Y/n.. And I just happened to be here against my will", we laughed at our vague introductions as I noticed his face completely changing as he laughed.
Kim Taehyung is beautiful.

But wait why do I feel some Deja vu.

Being lost in talks with a stranger with a mindset similar to mine; I didn't realize, a familiar pair of eyes, eyeing our duo from another corner of the room waiting for me to look back at him once again to throw finger hearts..but long had I forgotten the fact that I came here with my "Boyfriend" who seemed to be finally wanting some of my attention.

"Y/n!!", I heard someone calling my name from across the room as i bid goodbyes to my new friend...whom I don't think I'll meet again
Because what happens at a party, stays at a party.
I wanted to ask for his number and be in contact with him... But that'd have made me look like a ho to him.. Which I most probably didn't want.
Neither did he loose braincells upon asking for my number.
We bid our farewell with slight hesitation but since the multiple shouts of my name from the other side of the room drew unnecessary attention towards me and I wanted to disappear asap.

"Your boyfriend has been looking for you, where have you been?", Yunho chided with a pout like a big baby.
"you mean me?", I asked only to find Yunho eyeing sideways towards a badly hidden Mina, eavesdropping on our conversation.

"Lessgo baby", he entwined his fingers in mine comfortably while giving me a small peck on the cheek which made my heart flutter.

We exited the room after greeting Jerry with a goodbye as she complained about getting multiple messages from her sibling telling her to end the party as well as one or two threatening side eyes from Mina which were obviously directed at me.

The loud music made me feel dizzy but Yunho's shoulder supporting my little one made me feel at ease as we got into his car.

Y/n's pov

"I drank some apple juice from the red cups there.
But my head hurts a little", he said while bending toasts me to rest his head on my shoulder. A very cheeky Yunho was being witnessed this day.

"Let's go to the convinience store to get you some hangover drinks", I took the keys from him clearly noting that I'd be a better driver than him. Atleast tonight.

Grabbing the drinks, he directed me to his home but took some time to accurately remember the floor number of his apartment.
I parked the car in a huge, silent parking lot under a tall building.

"Take my hand or you'll fall.. The floor is kinda shaking on its own tonight", he said pouting his lips out making a duck face in annoyance.

"sure sure", I laughed.

I held his hand or let's say he held my hand tightly and walked into his apartment while him drinking his gifts for the night; the hangover drinks.
"You sure your parents aren't in?", I asked.

"nah they never are", he pushed the passcode to his apartment door as we stepped inside finally stretching arms after the long day.
The apartment was quite lavish for one-person and had almost all housing gadgets one could buy in the market.
My favorite part about the place was the seamless stretch of glass window on the right side of the living room partially covered by white curtains which I separated to reveal a magnificent view of the city from thirty ninth floor.
Lights looked like colored points and roads looked narrower from above as I stuck my cheek on the glass to look around all the edges of the view.
"You are so so lucky to have this", I said to Yunho .

"Oh, really?
My father bought this apartment for me because he loved the view too..
But Mina says it's too unnecessary because the light fills the room in the morning.
So these curtains always remain closed.", he stated.

"But I love this... I could stay here and watch this all night", I honestly said.

"You can.", he smiled at me.

"oh no no.. I needa go home. Seungchol oppa must be worried about me", I awkwardly said.

"I can't let you go alone at this time.. And you know.. Going alone is still better than me driving", he chuckled while going to the fridge to drink water.
