(A/N: in this OmegaVerse omegas can give natural birth if they want. So yes they give birth out of their ✨ass✨! This will probably be mostly in Hinatas POV!)

Hinata POV

We arrive at the hospital with Daichi and Suga. I'm so thankful they decided to drive us! The pain is still increasing even though my contractions are still six minutes apart.

"Thank you guys for driving us! We will text you when the pups born." Tobio says while holding my hand. They wave goodbye then check into the hospital. They give us a room to settle into.

"Here is a gown to change into! I will also have to hook up some machines to monitor the pup and your contractions." The nurse says handing me my gown with a smile. I thank her, walk into the bathroom to change, and ask Tobio to tie the back.

"Haha pink looks good on you." He laughs at me. The gown is pink with white stripes flowing down it.

"Shut up. I'm not going to a fashion show dummy!" I sit on the bed and the nurse hooks up all the machines to me. I can see the pups heartbeat on the screen to my side, along with my contractions coming up in EKG form.

"Ok so now I'm going to check your cervix so can you lay down for me." I lay down nervously. She checks me, and it's a little uncomfortable but nothing too bad.

"You are four centimeters dilated so it's going to be a while." We thank her as she walks out of the room.

"Ugh this sucks! I can't wait for this to be over!" I say to Tobio who is beside me in a chair.

"I know it hurts. But this is how we get to meet our pup!" I smile at him grabbing his hand. I feel a contraction coming making me whimper a little. I grunt as it hits me.

"O-ow!" I squeeze Tobios hand sitting up on the elevated bed. It helps me with the pain if I sit up. He starts rubbing my hand releasing calming pheromones.

"Huhhh finally. That one lasted a lot longer than normal. The pain is also going through my back. It hurt last really badly!"

"I know it does. But your doing so good." He smiles at me, and continues to rub my hand. I sigh sitting back a little closing my eyes.

"Does it help to sit up during the contractions?" Tobio asks me. I giggle a little at his hesitation to ask questions during these moments.

"Yeah it helps a little to sit up. Holding your hand helps too." I say gripping his hand. He smiles at me kissing the back side of my gripped hand.

"Damn it! Ow!" Another contraction hits me, and rips through my body into my back. I sit up, and Tobio takes his shoes off and gets on the bed in front of me or facing me sitting cris cross with his legs.

He takes both of my hands helping me sit up. I grip his shoulders trying to breath. But he had a smart idea, sitting completely up is helping.

"Ok I-it's done. Can you still stay here though?" He smiles at me kissing my lips sweetly. I put both of my legs on either side of the bed to get a little comfortable.

"How's the pain. From one to ten."

"Umm I'd say around eight or eight point five. I'm saving my ten!" He giggles at me making me blush. I love it when he laughs.

"You are still so cheery even though your in pain. That's one of the reasons I'm so in love with you." I blush harder ruffling his hair. That happy moment soon disappears as contraction hits me. I grip Tobios  shoulders who has his arms wrapped around my waist to rub my back.
