Hinata POV

"Noya you need to calm down." I say calmly to the very frightened and wailing omega.

"I'm sorry I can't! It hurts!" He cries out. I've decided to help with the delivery along with Suga and Yamaguchi. Asahi is next to him, holding his hand in a death grip.

"Breath Yuu. I'm right here it's ok." He says to Noya who has put his head back on a pillow, panting and dripping sweat. Suga is taking off Noyas pants, and putting a towel over his bottom half.

"Bro it's alright! He'll be here before you know it!" Tanka says trying to encourage him. All the other alphas and kids are out of the room besides Asahi and Tanaka, since Noya wanted Tanaka there.

"How are we supposed to check him?" Yamaguchi asks looking a little pale. I also look at Suga who we have decided is the one to deliver the baby.

"U-um... I helped my friend deliver a baby before as an emergency, but I've never checked someone's dilation." He says sweating. He must be under so much pressure right now! I feel so bad!

"Just get him out! I don't care what you have to do! Just get him out please!" Noya screams as what seems to be another contraction coursing through his body.

"I'm gonna check. Hand me those gloves." Suga says. I highly doubt he knows what he's doing, but no one knows what we're doing! We just have to try our best.

"I can feel his head. Your probably ten centimeters already." Noya just cries out again, and Asahi wipes the sweat off his forehead with a cloth.

"How about you stand up to see the pressure?" I ask looking at Noya. He nods, and wraps the towel around his waist and stands up.

"Nope! I'm sitting back down!" He says hurriedly laying down again. The pressure must be bad, and he didn't even get the option for pain medication.

"The alphas have seen us dilated right?" Yamaguchi asks very quietly. He is not going there is he!? Suga gulps and looks at me.

"I mean..." he clears his throat still talking quietly. Noya cries out again, and he's releasing a very strong sour smell.

"Maybe one of the alphas can just look a little bit, and see. I-I was the last one to have a kid...so Tsukki has seen it recently..." he says stuttering a little. Ok, so he's definitely going there!

"Get Tsukishima." Suga says sternly and making eye contact with Yamaguchi. He rushes out of the room, and Suga turns back to Noya who is protesting.

"Nu-uh! No way am I letting Tsukishima see that! Not happen- ugh!" He yells in the middle of his protest.

"That's the only way we know how to do something Noya. If we don't then we can't get him out." Suga says calmly with a smile. Noya seems to have given up and just lays back with his eyes closed.

"No! Tadashi! I swear to god babe. I am not! Doing that." Tsukishima says as Yamaguchi pushes him through the door. Tsukishima just goes a little pale and clears his throat.

"Tsukishima. You have to do this or we can't help him." Suga says with his hands shaking a little. Tsukishima just sighs and rubs his head.

"Do you even remember what it looks li-."

"Yes I clearly remember. Wasn't the best sight in the world." He says with a grumble. Suga just jesters him over and Tsukishima slowly walks over to a panting Noya. Noya just has his knees up, but still has the towel around his waist.
