"Why be so happy about that?" You were puzzled by his burst of glee and looked at his face.

"Well Angel, when your an incubus like me... hearing I love you.. caring words... real love. Doesn't come all too often." He gave you a smirk and you laughed in response.

"I suppose your right-" He nodded and continued
to fiddle with his hands.

"We crave it, or at least I do." He chuckled hoarsely and shook his head. An idea sparked within him as he turned to look at you as if sparkles shimmered in his golden honey eyes. "Would... you like to come to my realm and visit Touya?"

"...no." You gave him a firm response and
turned your head.

"No? Aren't you worried about him?"

"Scared of him..." He was astonished to hear that small confession about your fears in meeting him.

"I see..." He nodded and took your hand in his. "He won't hurt you as long as I'm around."

"Okay..."

"You understand Angel?" He asked again, he knew you were still distraught from the situation itself, who wouldn't be?

"I understand." Keigo looked towards the clock in grimacing disgust as he held onto his chest, he seemed to be in some sort of pain, you taking notice quickly.

"Keigo!... what's wrong?! Are you hurt?"

"No... I don't have much time on earth Angel..."

"What do you mean..."

"Overtime... if incubus don't take souls or feast on the ecstasy and lust of humans.... we grow weak... possibly even perish because of it." His breathing was heavy but still kept that stupid smile on his face so he wouldn't worry you anymore then you were now. "When I caught eye of you... I stopped, my eyes were only set on making you mine... and in the process it's caused
me great pain."

"You mean your going to-"

"Die? Not exactly Angel no, but I will definitely pay for lasting as much as I did... the voices I hear are only a warning I'm growing near my breaking point."

"So... you will leave?"

"If I don't soon... I might hurt you.." You wanted to hold him in another embrace but were scared to hurt him.

"Don't leave me here... I can't lose you to."

"That's why I have to ask you something." His grip he had on your own tightened. He looked deep into the pools of your eyes and smiled through his teary words. "Do you want to come with me or stay on earth?"

"I-"

"Please don't try to answer now... just sleep on it. Dwell around those questions. I'm not going to force you." Keigo quickly got up letting go of your hand as he paced around the living room. "If you want to stay on earth... I'll break the contract and leave. You will never see me again."

"But Keigo-"

"And if you want to come with me... I'll be the most happy damned to hell demon... having you as my bride... my lover would be a dream come true to my soulless boring life."

"I truly hope it would, but why can't you just make it easy for the both of us, break the contract and see me whenever you like... till the day I pass..." Tapping his chin to your question, he knew you had laid out a good point, keeping both of you out of harms way but he knew for himself that it wouldn't work.

"I will try to do what I once did, start a contract... it's in my tarnished blood, I can't help it. I crave and desire you... I fucking need you in my damned life, if you stay here... I would have to stay as far away as I possibly can..."

"That makes sense... I guess..."

"I wish it were easy for you Angel, though it's getting late..." He pointed towards the bedroom and blew out the lavender scented candle you loved so dearly. "I'll be right by your side as you sleep... you need rest... for tomorrow... alright?" You nodded, scared to ask him any more questions as you took Keigo's hand and went into the bedroom you both seemingly shared.

"I bid you sweet dreams my precious Angel, please pick what you feel is right."

"I promise I will." As you both laid down in bed, you looked up at the ceiling then turned to face the patio, where you last had talked to Touya. The pain you felt inside began to bubble up as you slowly blinked out hot tears, hoping Keigo wouldn't notice.

"It's funny really, I had countless dreams of us, having a perfect life on earth or even in my realm, maybe even raising young... if your okay with that of course... and just living out our days." You listened to his words as your back faced him. You couldn't help but smile.

"How sweet..."

"Sweet? More so, silly little daydreams Angel." You turned to face him with a smile as you wiped away your tears.

"To me it's not I find it very-" Stopped in your tracks, noticing Keigo was fast asleep, he looked so innocent and happy when he did... it made you happy. You softly planted a kiss on his forehead and laid back down finally getting some sleep.

"Sweet dreams Keigo."
