After crying bitterly sitting near her almost lifeless body,Sidharth finally gathers himself . He goes near her, cups her face and starts crying again.

" Shehnaaz utho, come on get up. I am getting annoyed , Get the fuck up Shehnaaz I beg u plss Shehnaaz......tum mujhe chhodke nhi ja sakti "

He opens her eyes and looks around.
The bedsheet is strained red with blood. Shehnaaz is lying numb there. The sight of the deep cut on her wrist is so heartbreaking for Sidharth. He is blank. He doesnt know what to do.

" Why did u do this to me Shehnaaz? Why did u do this to urself? Tum toh kitni strong thi na, bs ek break up se itna tut gyi! U loved me so much and I didnt even realise. I am so sorry Shehnaaz mein tumhara pyaar samajh nhi paya "

Tearing cant stop rolling down from his eyes. He curses himself, for being so rude to her, for intentionally hurting her, for breaking her to such an extent that she tried to finish her life.

" Calm down Sidharth jst cool down urself, u need to be strong right now. She needs u and u cant jst let her leave u like this. " , he consoles himself.

He then keeps his ears on her chest.

" Her heart.......its beating....... Yes its beating so fast...... By god's grace she is alive. Thank u bhagwan ji "

Without wasting a second, he carried he downstairs in his arms. He made her lay on his car back seat.

"Oh shit she is continuously bleeding "

Sidharth ties his handkerchief around her wound. He eats on the car and starts to drive.

Throughout the entire time, he was silently weeping. How can he not?! His jaan tried to take away her life. Thats such a damn huge thing for him. The girl for whom he was going to take his life risk the previous night, is hanging between life and death now.

Sidharth looks back at her while driving .

"Shehnaaz bacha utho, plss utho, u want to quarrel let do that, meko punjabi mein jitni gaali deni hai de , marna chahti hai ek thappad khichke? Woh bhi krle, but aise chup chap padhi na reh, my heart is breaking, I am breaking, ur silence is suffocating me, killing me within. "

Shehnaaz lays lifeless, without moving without uttering a single word.

Sidharth literally flies the car. They reach the nearest hospital. He takes her out of the car and storms into the hospital.

" Doctor.......doctor, plss save her life she is my life save us doctor at any cost "

" Sir first her name needs to be registered......" Sidharth doesnt let the nurse to finish.

" Go to hell with ur registration. U dont know me. I am the Sidharth Shukla, age Shehnaaz ko kuch hua na toh dekhna mein kya krta hoon tumhare hospital ke sath. "

He is carrying her strongly in his arms, yet very gently. She needs to be protected at any cost.

"Mr Shukla calm down let me see her, nurse remove the handkerchief " , says the doctor. He check her heartbeat with stethoscope and then looks over her wound.

" Umm the cut is quite deep, she is breathing, dont worry she will be fine soon, we will try our best " the dr assured "

She is then taken away from his arms into the ICU ward . Sidharth's heart sinks in darkness. Never ever did he thought his jaan would take such a deadly step.

He sat at the seat near the ICU. His throat is drying, and he keeps silently crying.

" Sir have some water, dont worry she will be alright " , a hospital staff said.
