Back at where the Throne of the Scarlet King is located in, the one who rules the Throne of Despair, Khahrahk, returns to his home realm that he ruled for so many years, as he sits on top of his very throne that he has crafted from the power of the Darkness that he controls with his very mind, very body, and soul, which was the only time he has ever made something, with a concept that he greatly despised so, so much, as he watches what is happening back on Earth, in Alex's Earth. The realm seems to be far more darker than usual, far more frightening and horrid and so much crueler than usual, as the treatment of the damned souls is now far more horrific. So much that no mortal can describe what they're seeing. But he is not alone to watch the nightmare is torture that is happening here. The Hanged King, who is recently freed by the Scarlet King, and Jeser, The Prince of Many Faces, as 2 of his most powerful servants are also present with him. Perpetua is also present on her throne, which has been transported as well in the realm where the Scarlet King lives in for so, so long.

What Perpetua meant by the beauty, was how much mayhem and cruelty is present inside of the realm that resides in the Darkness Below, and all the suffering that is present within the realm that the Scarlet King lives in. The souls of Humans tortured until they break, seeing so much chaos and punishments that are behind Human tolerance. This is a beauty that is so immense, that not even Perpetua, who is cruel herself, can match the cruelty of the Scarlet King, who is, in her own words, the embodiment of Cruelty and Evil, and perhaps, something that can surpass such concepts such as this.
