Friday // 8 am

Dean peered up and over his shoulder as he heard the front doorknob frantically wobble. The door itself getting a few hits before it wobbles again. The man took his eggs off the stove and turned it off, glancing at the fearful look in Castiel's eyes as they emerged from the hall.

Dean was unsure who it was, motioning a calmed hand for Castiel to stay back quietly. He took his axe in one hand before calling out, "Who is it?"

The doorknob stopped shaking and the thumping stopped.

A familiar voice could be heard on the other side...

"I-It's me..."

Castiel peered more out as he heard him. "Gabriel?"
The angel couldn't help but rush over to the door and open it, seeing the bleeding out angel infront of him to hug. Pain in both of their eyes as he could feel his clothes start to soak up the excess blood.

"Jesus..." Dean murmured and helped Gabriel get inside before shutting the door. Immediately grabbing the first aid kit and rushing back to the bleeding out angel, "What the fuck happened?"

The Previous Day - Thursday // 11:02 pm

His arms started to ache again. Hands chained high above his head with it hanging low.
              It's so dark.
                               It's so cold.
Gabriel hated this. Ever since he saw his brother, his owner got more violent with him. The torture lasted longer than before. The hits got harder. He was expected to do more than his worn body could handle it seemed. Slipping feathers slowly fell below his chained golden wings. He felt helpless. The bruising and cuts stinging his skin. Probably infected. He had to get out.

He was outside tonight. His arms were chained up by the wrists currently, to a fucking tree. Forced to get on his toes to feel some sort of relief. Sam has left him there for choking and spitting out a bit of food that morning. What temper. The angel felt so tired, but he also couldn't sleep from this position— he'd dislocate an arm or something...

So the quiet struggle began. Starting to tug on his hands, he could feel the cold metal start to tighten around the ball of his thumbs.

Friday // 12:58 am

Almost...

"Agh!" Gabriel groaned in pain when he finally got his hands free. Falling to the ground, he sat there for a good five minutes. Relief taking over for awhile before realization built up. He'd probably be dead if Sam found he had escaped. Most of his hands were covered in blood from scraping his skin against the rough, icy metal. Taking a second to breathe, he slowly stood to his feet and hastily starting to run.

He ran even when his bare feet and legs went numb. Keeping himself as much hidden as possible to avoid confrontation, because he knew he wouldn't be able to fight off even a single man.

He wanted to go back to his brother... No, needed to go back to him.

His energy was practically drained, but the adrenaline kept him on his feet surprisingly. At one point he went across a what looked to be an empty gravel road. Of course a car coming onwards, black crimson covering half of his vision almost made him get hit. Gabriel managed to survive whilst hearing a few soft screeches here and there. They didn't stop though, he could tell that much. That helped him believe he might actually escape the horrible humans grasp at the very least.

Friday // 9 am

Gabriel gasped and struggled a little. Unaware he passed out as he got within the arms of his brother an hour ago. He lost track of time in fact. Looking around at his surroundings slowly with a soft motion of his neck to flick his hair out of his eyes. He felt a soft, warm hand hold his left. While a sharp sting come from his right side. He looked over at the comforting touch first... Of course it was his brother.

"Your... Wings..." Gabriel rasped out dryly, chapped lips hardly moving much. The angel scrunched his nose a little as a flinch from feeling more bits of pain. It wasn't anything he wasn't used to, if anything less, but he wished it could've been over from there.

"Stop hurting him Dean..." Castiel spoked worriedly, but also very softly and unsure. Looking over at the human stitching up Gabriel's wound.

"I don't have any fancy anesthetic like doctors do Cass." The blonde grumbled as he pierced the skin again with the bloodied needle.

Gabriel really just looked at Castiel for a long time. He felt an underlying happiness to see him again. To know he's okay again. Too bad he wanted to runaway with his younger brother— not be stuck with him under a humans watch. Maybe... Maybe they could be stuck together? Though, he still was unsure how Castiel trusted Dean. If he did that is. He knew it was already odd the angel talked so openly when he made a small sign of pain.

"Drink..."

He could feel his head rise up slowly. Presumably by his brothers hand, as a cool liquid brushed against his lips. He accepted it, tasting like nothing... Like water.

After a few glasses the older angel downed rather quickly, he tensed and struggled a little at a deep burning sensation.

"D-Dean! Please!" Castiel called as their hands tightened around his brothers.

Friday // 9:41 am

Dean began to wash his deeply stained hands. Scrubbing rather vigorously to get the blood off before looking over at Castiel. The angel had Gabriel's blood all over them. The angel seemed too worried to even notice, merely coming out to clean up the small mess Dean made like he was asked. He intended to go straight back to his brother when he was stopped.

"Hey Cas."

The angels wings flinched a little, "yes Dean?" Was he going to get punished for bossing around Dean out of concern for his brother? The idea did linger in his mind, making him more anxious and feeling like the response was taking longer to hear come from the others mouth.

His owner walked up to him, hands still a little moist as he only made a half effort to dry them off, "Lets clean you up..."

The angel glanced down, momentarily confused before staring into Deans forest eyes for a second. Castiel then looked away to nod timidly, he probably should be washed before his brother gets a very good look at him.

Author Note:
Hey sorry I haven't been updating for awhile, believe it or not I'm slowly falling out of the fandom (at least the intensity part) so please don't be angry ^^;
I'll still try to finish this the best I can because I do enjoy writing and the show, but just expect the updates get... very long...
Apologies in advance.
