I wanted to say I was doing better but I really wasn't.I had spend most of my nights sleeping in Milo or Emilian's bed while draco fucked a new girl every night. To add to my problems Christmast holidays were in two days and my mom kept sending me owls asking me to come home for the holidays. I had no intention to come home but i couldn't just tell her that or she would freak.

I was eating breakfast with Ella and Blaise when a small ravenclaw girl softly tapped my shoulder.

'' Yes?'' I turned to look at her

'' Dumbledore asked me to tell you that someone is waiting for you in his office''

I nodded and got up.

'' I'll meet you guys after'' I told my friends

They smiled and I started walking to Dumbledore's office. I had absoulutely no idea who could possibly want to meet me and if I had know I wouldn't have gone meet them.

Saying the password, I climbed the stairs and walked in the office.

'' hello?''

'' hey sweety'' My mothers voice greeted

oh no...

'' Why are you here mom?'' I asked

'' Well you wouldn't answer my owls so I thought something was wrong..'' she very clearly lied

I scoffed and looked away.

'' I want you to come home for christmast honey..'' she told me

'' Is he cured.'' I questionned, not looking at her.

'' Well...he's b-'' She started but I immediatly cut her off

'' You guys said that if we moved back here things would go back to normal. You said he would get cured. That he would be my dad again'' I looked straight into her eyes feeling my voice shake a bit.

'' I know honey but it's hard...he's having trouble to find the right motivation to stop...'' My mother explained

'' The right motivation?! Being a father for his daughter isn't enough motivation???!'' I yelled

'' Please come home..'' she begged

'' No mom I can't...'' I looked away

Her bottom lip started shaking and she nodded faintly.

'' have a good holliday mom...i love you'' I told her before leaving the room

All the tears I was holding in poured out as soon as my feet left the office. I wanted to go home so bad but it wasn't home anymore. As I walked back to the common room I bumped into Ella who gave me a concerned look before taking my hand and guiding me to an empty room.

'' Spill'' she said

'' I- my mo- dumbledore's offi- d-dad'' I cried out

'' What did your mom ask exactly?'' she immediatly understood.

I dried my tears and looked at her.

'' She wants me to come back home for Christmas''

'' Is your father better?'' she said while wiping my tears.

I shaked my head no and she hugged me.

Ella was the only one that knew about my father. Two years ago when we were in paris, something happened to my father that neither him or my mom wanted to tell me all I knew is that after that incident he started drinking until he drowned in alcohol. He forgot who he really was and kept drinking until my mom and I had enough. She decided to move back here promising me and hoping he would get better if we did. I saw this as a new begining and believed every one of her promises.

'' Where are you going to stay if you're not going home?''

'' I don't know'' I shaked

'' Well I was going to ask you and the others to come spend the second week of holliday at my house because my parents are leaving for some business but you could always stay both weeks at my house'' she suggested

I looked at her with a grateful smile.

'' Is tim going to be there''

'' Uh yeah...but its fine, It's just going to be one week of enduring him and my parents then it's going to be one week of partyyyy'' she smiled excitedly

I laughed and nodded

'' Thanks ella'' I murmured into the hug

'' Always baby'' she whispered back

I smiled knowing I had the greatest bestfriend ever.

two days later

Everyone agreed to Ella's proposal even Draco sadly and it was now time to leave for our our two week winter break. I grabbed my luggage and followed Ella and Evanna out the room, a small smile in the corner of my mouth. This was going to be great. I knew it would.

We all made our way to the train and sat down. Everyone was there except Draco who was nowhere to be seen.

'' Where's Draco?'' I interupted the conversation

'' Fucking some girl in the toilets'' Milo answered before putting his arm around my shoulders

I felt a pinch in my chest. I really missed him but seeing how he barely did miss me made me regret feeling that way.

'' I'm going to take a nap until we get there...'' I told everyone before closing my eyes.

I was woken up by someone softly shaking me.

'' We're here Y/n'' Ella said.

I got up and someone bumped in me in purpose.

'' Sorry.'' Draco smirked before leaving towards the train station.

Ella rolled her eyes and took my hand.

'' Come on baby lets go home'' she smiled

I smiled back and followed her to the car her parents sent for us.

Me and Ella spent the car ride in silence, her hand still holding mine when we arrived.

'' Come on'' She opened the door for us

I got out and walked to the door. I knocked and waited excitedly for Mrs. and Mr. Montgomery to open.

'' Welcome home little sis-'' a voice said wile openeing the door

'' Tim...'' I whispered

'' Y/n...'' both he and Scarlet exclaimed as she apeared next to him.

Yeah...what a great holliday.
