Chapter 29

*3 months later*

Brian woke up and groaned softly as he stretched his arms and legs, rubbing the tiredness from his eyes. He peered over and smiled to himself when he saw his wife sleeping soundly beside him. Her hair was strewn across the pillow, her hands were tucked under her chin and her breathing was steady and gentle. She was always so peaceful when she slept. It still made no sense why someone so beautiful would want to be with him.

Leaning over he placed a gentle kiss to her forehead, brushing her hair away from her face. Even in her sleep she reacted to his touch with a small smile.

It had been a few months since Brian regained his memory from the last five years and slowly everything was getting back to normal. The podcast, the tv show, the live shows, and of course his relationships with Rachel and Kassi. Rachel and him quickly moved out of the "boyfriend girlfriend" type relationship they had going and went back to being husband and wife. A relationship Brian didn't even know he missed so much until it was gone. As for him and Kassi their bond had only grown stronger. He devoted everything to his little girl and loved watching her grow with everyday that passed. He couldn't be happier now that he had his girls back.

He then stood up and made his way to the adjoining bathroom to start the shower and get ready for the day. He stepped under the hot water feeling the droplets run down his back before hitting the floor. He started lathering his hair with shampoo when he started to hear some shuffling come from the bedroom, assuming Rachel had woken up.

Brian finished up in the shower washing the last bit of soap from his body before pulling back the curtain and grabbing a towel to dry himself. Just as he wrapped it around his torso Rachel walked in already dressed for the day, wearing leggings and one of his 4CD shirts.

"Morning." She smiled walking up and giving him a quick peck on the lips.

He placed a hand on the small of her back holding her into the kiss a little bit longer.

"Mmm...morning honey." He smiled, removing his hand and letting her do her morning routine.

She stood in front of the mirror when she noticed Brian's gaze in the reflection.

"What?" She giggled questioning his stare.

He smiled bigger and approached her from behind, wrapping his arms around her waist and resting his chin atop her shoulder.

"You just look so sexy in my clothes." He smirked, tucking his face into her neck and trailing lustful kisses up and down.

"Well you look very sexy in just that towel." She returned, a devious smirk of her own.

"Oh yeah?" He questioned, tightening his grip on her waist. She only nodded in response while nibbling at her bottom lip. "Maybe if you behave you'll get what's underneath." He whispered seductively against her ear.

Rachel closed her eyes and could feel her body heat up at his words. The control this man had over her was indescribable. Brian grinned when he realized the affect he was having on her and brought his lips to her cheek, his rough beard tickling her sensitive skin. Then the weight of his arms was lifted off her body and his presence seemed to disappear. She opened her eyes and saw him smirking proudly as he exited the bathroom.

"Such an asshole." She muttered shaking her head side to side.

"Love you!" He called back, laughing lightly to himself.

She playfully rolled her eyes and began to get ready for the day while Brian remained in the bedroom getting dressed. After throwing on a pair of jeans, a t-shirt, and a flannel, Brian exited the bedroom out into the hallway. Just as he stepped out he heard Kassi's door open followed by her small figure in the doorway.
