DRACOS POV

As we finally got back to the common room and I could only see Lucille's tired eyes looking at me, I finally got her back after years of waiting for her. She finally remembered me after everyone doubting me but I managed to save us but most importantly I saved her. I walked over to her and kissed her head lightly,

"I'm going to sleep for a bit Draco"

"Of course baby girl, I'll be up soon" I said as i brought her in for a hug lightly kissing her head

She just nodded at me and she made her way to my room. I waited until she closed the door and I was on the hunt for more Fire Whiskey, I needed something to sort me out. The last few hours have finally knocked some effect on me.

I found a bottle and sat on the sofa after a few shots of the heavy stuff I sat myself back resting my head on the sofa then the tears began to fall from my eyes. I couldn't believe it the girl I only ever wanted is in my bed and now she finally remembered everything we had before I couldn't have been happier. I absolutely love her and I will do anything to protect her

Moments had passed I heard footsteps behind me I turned my head and seen it was Snape, did he always stay here for Christmas? He didn't have any expression on his face but that was always the way he was, I turned my head back and took another drink.

"I'm going to pretend I don't see you drinking Draco, your mother had wrote to me she said she hasn't heard from you for a while." He spoke

"It worked Snape. She remembers me, she remembers everything we had. She was adamant to confront her parents and they showed her their markings. She knows everything now." I muttered not taking my eyes off the floor

"So she knows of her parents, I guess also she knows of yours." Snape said walking towards me

"That's right and she's okay about it, she's upstairs just now resting." I looked at him and he was standing beside me looking down at me

"Good Draco, the reverse of the spell will make her sleep maybe right through until tomorrow morning. You must tell your mother Draco, she deserves to know she's been worried" he told me

I just nodded I couldn't bring myself to speak anymore to him, I just wanted to be with Luce.

Snape then vanished instantly probably realising I didn't want to speak to him anymore, I put the bottle away and made my way to my bedroom. Opening the door slowly hoping I didn't wake her but she was sound asleep, she looked so peaceful. I walked over to her and moved her hair away from her face then putting my thumb across where her scar was on her cheekbone. If i were to ever see him again i would do the exact same thing he done to her but I'd make sure he stopped breathing.

I moved away not taking my eyes off her Removing my hoodie and T-shirt I couldn't sleep just yet, I needed to write to my mother and tell her that I got Luce back. I watched Luce sleep that little bit more, she doesn't realise how much she means to me I would move mountains for her. The coldness in me before was finally disappearing my heart was finally warm again, and it was all because of her.

I looked around the room and I couldn't find my bag anywhere I didn't want to make too much noise incase I disturbed Luce. I bent down to look under my bed and brought my trunk out and opened it on the floor. Seeing the bundles of spare parchment at one side I took a sheet then I noticed a box that I've not opened in a long time. Staring at it for sometime I picked it up and placed it on my desk, I didn't want to open it yet I had to get this letter done with first.

Taking the parchment out placing it on the desk, I reached over for my new quill that Luce had bought me for Christmas. Admiring the black feather I ran my finger over it feeling the softness of it, it brought a smile to my face only Luce would know I would love something like this. I dipped it in my ink then I began writing my letter
