Marla Lynn, Laurie and Mick were at the movie theater for a Shirley Temple and Bill Robinson movie called "Little Colonel." They were dancing in the stairs until it ends with the old man. Laurie said she wants to be a tap dancer.
Mick plays the song "Hello Darling" by Conway Twitty and dances with Marla Lynn for the first time at the bar and grill. Laurie is at the dance school for tap dancing.
Paul, Grady, Ed, Fran, Bill, Mick, Roy, Fred, Karl, Milt, Gary, Dave, Bobby, Ron, Wally, Stu and Doug were at Nolan and Marva Lynn's house about Laurie's tap. Mick claims that he picks Laurie up to the dance school, went to the bar and grill with Marla Lynn, and picks Laurie back up for going home.
At the community center, Laurie was weary about her tap dancing, the scientist uses a motor for two shoes and Laurie decided to get ready. Later on, Laurie's dancing shoes with motors has ruin her life, but Nolan bonks Laurie and she falls down. The dance teacher claims that Laurie is banned from dance school for using a motor.
