Kyle, Laurie and Maura went to school and saw a new student named Tim Bannert from Baudette, Minnesota. Tim punches Kyle, the teacher told Tim to suspended or expelled. Kyle was sitting in the corner because he don't like him.
Paul, Grady, Ed, Fran, Bill, Mick, Roy, Fred, Karl, Milt, Gary, Dave, Bobby, Ron, Wally, Stu, Doug and Jeff were playing poker as Nolan told them about Kyle who messes around with the bully.
Tim and Kyle were fighting as he grabs Kyle, and Kyle was locked in the locker. The teacher told the student about Kyle's whereabouts, Maura saw Kyle's locker and he had locked himself. The teacher told Tim one more time.
The next day, Kyle was at recess as Tim was very nervous at Kyle and he beats him up into pieces. The principal expelled Tim and he went to the military school in Minneapolis. Kyle reads a note for his teacher about Tim.
