After The Surgery

I Don't remember much. You know from my surgery. All the doctors told me is that I did great but I feel as if they were lying to me. After the surgery I got the doctors to help me rearrange my room they moved my bed to the window. Now I can stare at the sky blankly without having to sit up. The social services were called so I now live with my Aunt she snuck me in a beany and some nice headphones. There is still no sign of Bella. I'm not sure if she would ever come back. After she read my note and all. The doctors said that I'm going to have a battle scar where they made the incision.

I  sat on my hospital bed and looked out the window. Looking at the sunrise. The thing I miss most is sitting on my rooftop, where no one could reach me. The wind would blow in my hair. That was the best place to watch the sunset with my feet dangling over the lake that was always frozen. I missed the outside, all I got was the 30-minute stroll and I wasn't allowed to even stand. I put on my headphones and my beany turned on my music and drifted off to sleep. The next morning I convinced doctor gray to dye my hair. " I don't know Katherine" "Please!!" "Fine,  What color do you want ?" I paused and thought about it.

" Pink," I Said.  Doctor Gray stood up and walked out

I put on my headphones and sat back down on my hospital bed. Staring blankly out of the window.  2 hours passed. Doctor Gray walked in with two big bags of pink hair dye. " I don't know why you got so much hair dye I barely have any hair."  " Oh well, we can just make your hair really pink!"

We went into the small bathroom I looked in the mirror at my under eyes that were starting to bruise. I felt a cold glob hit my head. After she dyed my hair, she got called into surgery. The pink really didn't stick but instead, it faded to a rose gold color. I looked at my phone and played the playlist that my aunt made me.
