"I have something to tell you,"

Something to tell me...
Walking over to Kurapika, the sound of my heart flooded all sense.

The dust in this room leaves a sour aftertaste.
What is this vibe?
My heart beating, feet tapping, heart beating, feet tapping.

This is killing me.

Is this the thing that Kurapika is hiding?
I stop once i arrived next to him.
I make eye contact with the half empty glass of water as it swirls from being set down.

It swirls and swirls making me dizzy.

"Kurapika, what's up?" I shakily say, turning my head to meet his clean grey eyes.

He inhales and begins to speak,

" The Phantom troupe ,"

My eyes widen as I sharply inhale remembering...

"P-please stop!" I cried out, gagging in pain. The shorter figure's knife, slid across my skin as if peeling a potato. My gut wrenches as I scream with impressive volume. Why?.... Why?..... I can't take this pain anymore I cant-

T-the Phantom troupe.

I swallow, listening to the rest he had to say.

"When you were tortured, they had casiously poisoned you with a disease,"

His teeth gritted

" That disease was transmitted through a small needle while, assuming when you were.... knocked unconcience from the immence pain."

His fist tightened, his teeth gritting.

I could almost instantly tell he was still battling with what happened in his brain, even after months.

On the other hand... how did he learn th-

"The doctors who examined you didn't catch on to any ill signs your body was projecting, however Leorio, after examining you for a few weeks, noticed these particular veins that wrapped around your torso and through your fingers. It was a peculiar vibrant blue. Leorio and I thought it was worth to investigate, we have no idea on what the Phantom troupe could be potentially planning. We found a new pathogen in your blood stream, one that neither Leorio or I have seen. Leorio was skilled enough to investigate further, that's when we found,

The arachnid disease,"

The anar-.... the arachnid disease!

Iv'e read about it in books when I was younger... those book were illegal here but my curiosity got the best of me.

( Y/n really pulled a Armin PFFFT)

I remember reading, it's rarely used on the Phantom troupe victoms but it's not intirely uncommon but still uses it on their targets weaknesses to lure them in, just by the name you can tell exactly who did it, so it's easy to track who did it and it eventually lures them in to then target them. Like cheese luring a mouse into a trap. In this case the cheese is the antidote.

No one would posion without an antidote, that's a rookie move.

Arachnid, an arthropod of the class "Arachnid" such as a spider or scorpion.

From studies, the Phantom Troupe's theme really indicates spiders. The head is the leader, Chrollo Lucifer. The legs are the elite members, ready for attack.

Without the head, in this in case the leader Chrollo, they will still be efficient and powerful. The spider doesn't need it's head to stay functioning. I guess that's why The Phantom Troupe, also known as the spiders are as dangerous as they are.
