I don't know much about court and lawsuits, so everything in this book is based off of the internet and research, but I'll just explain some of the most important details briefly.

- In the court of law there is a prosecutor and a defendant lawyer for each charged/client, and in this book i've made each defendant for one client the prosecutor for the opposite client, which is not how it works in real life - but just play along.

- In court there is a judge and a jury. The jury consists of 12 people doing the voting, the judge has the power in a lawsuit.

- There are, as far as i know, about 10 different objections within the four walls of a lawsuit, not all is involved in this.

Vague - If the question asked is unspecific, an example could be "earlier".

Relevance - if the question asked by the prosecutor is not relevant for the matter of the case.

Opinion - If either the witness or prosecutor claims an opinion or something, an example could be "she was crazy to do so".

Speculation - if the question asked by the prosecutor is impossible to answer without drawing conclusions, an example could be "why did she think so".

Non-responsive - a prosecutor questioning a witness can object if the witness doesn't answer the question asked.

Asked and answered - if the question is already previously discussed.

Argumentative - if the question asked by the prosecutor argues with the answer from the witness.

Compound question - if there is more than one question within one question.

Leading question - If the question asked by the prosecutor is leading toward the answer they want, an example could be "the car was blue, right?"

Unfair/prejudicial - If even relevant evidence if brought up at unfair times putting the witness in a bad stand toward the jury and judge.

Also, what started as a Harry Styles fanfic might turn out to be more of an ot5 fanfic towards the end... we'll see about that ;))

Just to clarify, this fanfic takes place in the spring 2020 without covid-19.

The Harry era on my mind is somewhere in between fbh and lhh, and I personally imagine  Morgan Wilson as Olivia Holt, but let your imagination take it away :))
