Morgan Wilson.

...

I look up feeling a smile form on my lips that I quickly try my best to hide. It shouldn't be okay how much of a rush and high I actually get from being in court, considering how people's life and faith is at stake.

Niall eyes looks concerned but ready. He is placed in the witness stand on the left from the judge's chair in the middle of the front in the room.

Niall is wearing a pair of light brown trousers and a white t-shirt with a multicolored blue, red and brown shirt sitting loose over it. He looks like he got it together for today's court, which is good. They need to look like they've got control of things.

I know it seems unbelievable, but the more affected the person in the witness stand get by the case can have a really huge impact on how the jury ends up deciding. Whether they seem together or not can change the whole outcome of the case and judgement.

"We are once again gathered here today in the court of law to discuss the case of the murder of Leah Jones Carter, taken place Wednesday night of April 3rd. In today's court we will be having two of suspect one, Harry Styles', confidante in the witness stand to get a more nuanced overview of the situation for the suspect."

I meet Nialls eyes trying to seem the calmest I can. Even the judge's words can seem a lot and seem very overwhelming.

"First, we will have prosecutor William Evans for Amelia Carter, question Niall Horan, friend of Harry Styles"

I take a deep breath. You've got this Niall, just remember what we talked about. I nod at him and see him inhale sharply. He looks sort of confused, which I understand. It is a lot.

William nods at the judge and gets on his feet. He walks up in front of Niall, only the thin desk separating the two.

"Niall Horan, former friend of Harrys, am I correct?" William begins.

Niall looks at me and I close my eyes slowly, then open them again.

"We are still friends." he stutters forward.

"You are still friends," William repeats. "When did you two meet?"

"We met in high school."

"Did you go to the same high school?"

"We did."

"And was is always just the two of you?"

Niall remains quiet just as I'd want him to. William takes a breath, then continues. "In high school, was it always just Harry and you hanging around, or were there anymore to your group?" he elaborates.

"We were just Harry and I the first couple years of school." he seems slightly confused. I could want him to believe in himself a little more, it makes him seem more reliable.

"Elaborate that for me?" William speaks as he takes a step back.

"Harry and I met in freshman year and were only the two of us until the beginning of senior year" he nods carefully. He looks over at me and I smile softly.

Harry sits beside me looking down at his shoes. It must be a nightmare having to see your friends speak up for you in court. Harry doesn't know either what William is going to ask, and some of the questions might be very close or difficult. I don't think anyone but William, knows actually, what William is going to ask.
